Yes, and that may in fact be the only problem: traditionally, the VP search is a quiet thing and candidates aren't advertising themselves quite as forcefully as she did. I suspect Biden may be put off by that, as explained already. He seems like a rather traditional gentleman, and he may wish to keep control over his own VP search rather than appear "won over" by her courtship.

I understand, I thought perhaps Biden has said or shown something to lead you to the sense he was afraid of her.

You are right that she may be coming on too strong, I don't think really think so, she just upfront and candid about it when asked.

Moving on.

He gave a pretty good speech recently. The one misgiving I have with Biden is trying to imagine both him and Trump debating each other. Unlike others, I don't think Trump will manage to get under his skin; I think he will be prepared to talk of Hunter and Trump making accusations against him. But I do wonder what his manner will be towards Trump. Unless things change drastically, I can't really imagine live debates, but I can't imagine Trump not insisting on one. It seems remote somehow.

My only worry about Biden is that there remain approximately 10,000,000,000 days before November (or t feels that way) and as many occasions for him to gaffe.
