I doubt that. More likely amused than anything else.

@layman,
I'd say she got the proportion about right. And she still won the vote by close to three million.

Calling what you have a sense of humor is totally moronic.

I'll give you that one, layman. Perhaps montery jack is not as old as apparrently we are. But then I am in a good mood. Bernie dropped out.

As for the sentiment, can't stand the heat...don't play in the kitchen; or more accurately, don't start the fire.

What!? I guess Burnie decided it was long about time to get in the race as a third party candidate, eh?

@layman,
No, one thing I can honestly say is Bernie Sanders is sincerely a good man who believes in this country, he wouldn't and has said, he wouldn't be a spoiler candidate. I only hope he can convince more of his followers this time.

@layman,
At one point during the primary debates, Trump said to Rand Paul: "I haven't made fun of your looks, although there's plenty of material there, believe me."

Joey-boy aint gunna have it so good, though.

I pity the fool.

@snood,
But, we were talking about this:

You know, there are reams of posts right up to Election Day 2016 where you swaggered around like this boasting Hillary Clinton’s certain victory..

Just watch that swaggering.
But, thanks for the laugh.

@Lash,
I don't know of anyone who is swaggering around about beating Trump, most are just scared of the thought of four more years of Trump.

And before you go on about the certainty about Bernie win against Trump, if he couldn't get most democrats, doubt he would get most conservative republicans. The never Trumpers would either vote Biden or stay home; IMO.

Joey-boy is already pandering to the Burnie Bros, eh?

Quote:
Biden, in a statement, said he and his supporters "changed the dialogue."

He said: "I want to commend Bernie for being a powerful voice for a fairer and more just America. He doesn’t get enough credit for being a voice that forces us all to take a hard look in the mirror and ask if we’ve done enough."

You haven’t just run a political campaign; you’ve created a movement. And make no mistake about it, we believe it’s a movement that is as powerful today as it was yesterday. That’s a good thing for our nation and our future."

Takes a lot of gall after cheating Burnie out of the nomination, eh?

Once again, you barge into a conversation that you admittedly don't know anything about. I was speaking directly to someone who's behavior that applied to.

Bernie's ethical make-up--what attracted most of us to him--was also his downfall. He wouldn't go negative against Biden and he wouldn't go Green.

He was ******* cheated twice, but he wouldn't call it out because acknowledgiing to this electorate that their vote doesn't matter in a primary makes even more turn away from the process. Nobody can win when the ones who set the rules cheat. A pretty hearty percentage of those who backed him have learned this lesson. It MUST be a different party. We have a new progressive party just taking off and the Greens. Just gotta see who's on the ballot.

Voting for the lesser of evils is not an option for most of us.

@Lash,
I bet you're the type whose motto goes something like "if I can't have it, nobody can." In this case, it means Trump can have it. You care more about winning than you do the country you are supposedly fighting a revolution for. Lucky for us, Bernie Sanders is made of different stuff.

Howie Hawkins, eh? This cycle's Jill Stein. Well, maybe, like Stein, he can front for a useless recount after Trump wins this time. That raised her a ton of "gofundme" money after the election. I'd get in on that action too, if I were him.

Voting for a 3rd party nobody at this late stage is not a winning strategy. There's no hope in winning the presidency and all it does is waste time, money and energy.
