The National Popular Vote zCompact is a perfectly constitional way to do that a mall elaboration of wgat the states habe already donev f or years constitutionally for years. That is simply wrong on many many levels. Only 23 states have passed the "compact" to steal votes.


When you say things like this, you prove you don't have the slightest idea what the Constitution actually says, you make it up as you go along. The point of the EC was to prevent a mob of the majority. Our Constitution was setup and created the protect the smallest minority, the individual. There are no group rights in the Constitution, only individual rights.


The SCOTUS has ruled on the it? If they haven't ruled, then you have no claim to the compact being "Constitutional". You can't even spell Constitutional properly.

SCOTUS has never had a problem with thev4_ States that tie their electors to the pop vote. The constitution doesnt specify how they vote so it certainly doesnt prohibit it. Actually the ec was set up as a purelh political move to get the smaller states a more than equal say to get then aboard in supporting the constuttion. Not indiv rights but states rights. We fought that out in the civil war and its been pro democracy since albeit with setbacks.
