It said in John chapter 7 verses 10 to 16 once a female gets knocked up she must have the baby.

It absolutely does not say that in my copy of the christian bible.

How many people does it take to make a baby? Did baby making change and nobody told me? Because if not, then the last I heard was that women still need a man's seed to create a baby.

Awfully solipsistic to think that men don't deserve a say in what happens to their own children. This solipsism is a byproduct of the rapacious female void.

If men are not allowed any say in whether their children live or die, then child support should never, ever be granted to the mother.

If women get all the control over the children and men get none, then women should get no money from men.

All these strong, independent feminists have been saying how they don't need men for decades. They shouldn't need men's money then either.

@RepBarbaraLee gives passionate pitch for @KamalaHarris at #CADem progressive caucus: “She’s going to prosecute the heck out of Donald Trump — out of the White House.” Delegates in the room respond by chanting “Bernie, Bernie”

Bernie Sanders just walked into the Chicano Latino caucus and chants and cheers immediately over took the room. Moderator had to say “if you want to hear Bernie Sanders you have to sit down!”

https://www.sfchronicle.com/politics/article/Rep-Barbara-Lee-finds-Kamala-Harris-a-tough-sell-13915247.php

We need candidates who are direct opposites of what we have in the White House right now,” Lee said. “You can see her take on this administration in a way that tells me that she’s going to prosecute the heck out of Donald Trump.”

It was a tough crowd, however — the progressive caucus is heavily tilted toward independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, whose campaign is co-chaired by Khanna, a Fremont Democrat. Even after Lee spoke on behalf of Harris, many of those in the crowd chanted, “Ber-nie! Ber-nie! Ber-nie!”

Harris isn’t even in the second choice of many progressives in the caucus, said the group’s outgoing chair, Mark Van Landuyt. Khanna was at the caucus and signed its list of priorities on the senator’s behalf. Lee declined to do so for Harris, saying she had to check with the campaign first.

“Most here are for Bernie, then after that it’s Elizabeth Warren,” Van Landuyt said. “They have faith that he will do the things he’s promising. We’ve been burned by politicians who promised but haven’t delivered.”

While Harris was attending a private fundraiser Friday at the home of billionaires Ann and Gordon Getty in San Francisco, Sanders was stopping by the Latino and labor caucuses at the convention.

@Lash,
I believe the tweet you quoted is a misleading tweet. The chants of "Bernie, Bernie was in response of the following:

Quote:
Sanders took the stage to chants of "Bernie, Bernie." He opened his remarks by labeling President Donald Trump a "racist" who was trying to win re-election by dividing Americans by skin color and where they were born.

Earlier Harris drew her own round of applause.

Quote:
Harris elicited a burst of applause when she told the group that she was a proud daughter of immigrants from India and Jamaica, then promised that if elected she would work for comprehensive immigration reform in her first 100 days in office.

AP

It wasn't as though Harris took to the stage and they started in chanting "Bernie Bernie."

@RABEL222,
I believe you must of have gotten your chapters or something confused. (It is easily done, not just by older folks) John 7 is dealing with Jesus coming into Judea.

https://www.bible.com/bible/114/JHN.7.NKJV

I am not sure I remember or having read anything in the Bible about a female becoming pregnant they must have their baby. Frankly I doubt it was thought of as an option. But I wouldn't swear to it.

@FreedomEyeLove,
After he ejaculate and the thirty seconds or so that that takes, the necessary role of the man in the act is over and done. The rest of the consequences falls entirely on the woman. Since the man is the co-cause he is responsible for the consequences but he doesn't do the heavy lifting. The woman does that so he has to pay the costs too.

@snood,
Thank you.

Obviously, I quoted an article, and tweets from a couple of attendees who were thrilled that Bernie was treated like a rockstar despite CA Senator Harris' seeming inside track.

It appears that her prosecutorial (conservative) practices in the state don't appeal to the CA crowd, and it also looks like her previous side-stepping away from 'socialism' will hurt her there.

It really blacked the eye of Hickenlooper...

Quote:
Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, who calls himself a pragmatic progressive, drew loud and prolonged boos when he told the crowd “Socialism is not the answer.” The boos drowned out Hickenlooper’s explanation that as a governor of a “purple” state with mixed Democrat and Republican voters, he was able to enact progressive policies by reaching out to opponents.

It was not a welcome message at a convention where Sanders and Warren were greeted like rock stars. Other attendees emphasized their left-leaning positions, with Harris taking on Trump and demanding the House of Representatives begin impeachment proceedings against him.

The SF Chron made it sound the same way.

Now, I'm curious to check the video.

Excerpt again:

Lee, D-Oakland, said at the state party’s convention in San Francisco that she’s known California Sen. Kamala Harris for a long time as a colleague and a friend and was proud that she was the second African American woman ever elected to the Senate.

“We need candidates who are direct opposites of what we have in the White House right now,” Lee said.

Ber-nie! Ber-nie!”

Harris isn’t even in the second choice of many progressives in the caucus, said the group’s outgoing Northern California vice chair, Mark Van Landuyt.

While Harris was attending a private fundraiser Friday at the home of billionaires Ann and Gordon Getty in San Francisco, Sanders was stopping by the Latino and labor caucuses at the convention..."

Alone
The decline of the family has unleashed an epidemic of loneliness.

This is what progressism will make worse. It is not what we need.
Quote:
The disruption of family life caused by the SDT in the U.S. has been rehearsed thousands of times, including by this writer, but the numbers still startle. In 1950, 20 percent of marriages ended in divorce; today, it’s approximately 40 percent. Four in ten American children are now born to unmarried mothers, up from about 5 percent in 1960. In 1970, 84 percent of U.S. children spent their entire childhoods living with both bio-parents. Today, only half can expect to do the same.

Lesthaeghe was prophetic about what would happen to fertility in wealthy countries. In the U.S., the percentage of childless women doubled between 1970 and the mid-2000s; today, 14 percent of U.S. women past their childbearing years have never given birth. That actually makes us more fertile than some other developed countries. In Germany, nearly a quarter of women end up childless. The U.S. number might more closely resemble the German figure if it weren’t for our high levels of immigration, most of it from poor countries that haven’t yet embraced the change in attitudes. In 2015, in six U.S. states, more than 30 percent of births were to foreign-born women.
