Not sure if he's your "boyfriend" or "husband" based on your heading and post.

However, any "partner" that gets angry with you, you would have to question two things.

Are you over accessing? Being Possessive? Perhaps he really is talking to his friends and gets angry that you are on his case all the time.

Or, if he perhaps is cheating, an angry tone to make you feel that he's not could be a key.

There is no way to be sure.

The bottom line is, if he cheats you will find out. It's up to you to then hold your head up high and walk.

In my opinion, you don't accuse until you know. I do appreciate that you may be anxious to know but a cheater will cheat if he is a cheater, if not, the we can't go around constantly badgering them.

Relationships are built on trust until such time, as trust is gone.

You assume it’s cheating, but it might be a game, porn, or gambling that is distracting him.

Time for a weekend getaway - without phones! See if he can do that.
