I guess the short answer would be "No."
But the long answer is "Let's do it anyway."
So how do we translate "rock?" We could adapt the English word as
many modern languages do. (Latin itself contains many words borrowed
from Greek and other languages.) Or we could use the Latin word for
"rock" (meaning to sway back and forth) and impose the meaning we
associate with it in English.
In the first case, we morph "rock" into "roccha" and say "Usque fac musica roccha!"
In the second case we say "Usque vacilla!"
