Er - I can't bear to read this thread - but - was the story about the bodyguard true, or a beat-up? Was this ever determined?

There was an unloaded gun he wanted to check.
He works for a security company.
He worked, at least once, on an assignment involving security for Michael Moore.
Michael Moore was not his assignment at the time of this incident.
My question, to myself, the other night was - why did he bring Michael Moore's name into it when he was detained? There was a bit of a whiff of Brie about it.
