Ok, so I want to know why some people if they are going out with you, they tell you ''oh go sport and simple, I will wear some sneakers and exercises clothing and they want to know what you are wearing and all about it! , so then they end up dressing all pretty and you look all simple.

I don't get this, why would someone ask what their friend/family etc is wearing to go out with them? is this a person that perhaps has deep complex issues?
