Whoops! Good catch, hiama. Well, let me re-phrase that question...

Took me a while, think I'm there though.

If I had used a bit of Sense and Sensibility and opened my Iris I would have been spared a Titanic struggle-KATE WINSLET !

Yep, Kate's the one. I saw her on an TV interview, and the reporter used that trivia. I should have checked it before I posted it here! Very Happy

I'll guess Ben Hur and Titanic because they both won 11 Oscars.

Nope but good guess Ben Hur had 12 nominations so lost one and Titanic with 14 nominations was even more careless and lost 3 !

Raggedy got one-The Last Emperor with 9 out of 9, the only other film also got 9 out of 9 and was quite a few years earlier.

Can you guess it ?

Good guess Larry but no, that got 5 out of 5 which is less than the 9 out of 9 achieved by The Last Emperor and the other film whch no one has guessed correctly yet.

Remeber the question was :

Which movie or movies have had the MOST Oscar nominations without a single loss ?

Great question equus. Could be Gone... or could be Lawrence of A., I'll go with The Last Emperor. English Patient merely SEEMED like the longest. The shortest I have no idea, how about Annie Hall, Woody's movies are often under 1:30. I think both my answers are wrong, I'll mull some more.
