not me - I'm not provoked. Calm and placid and serene, that's me....

Sitting in lotus position, under my pyramid, humming my little mantra.....concentrate on my breathing, now....
breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out. Longer breaths now - breeeeaaaatttthhhhhe in, bbbrrreeeeaaattthhhhheee out........

all at peace.

now - if any mongrel crosses me, I'll break both his kneecaps! Twisted Evil

I've just been practising my upside down dog yoga position which is my favourite.

Its funny you mention knee caps as 8 miles into my 10 mile run yesterday I stumbled( old age) and fell on them !

I could hear the guffaw clear across the 12,000 mile divide !

Razz

I am thankful for laughter, except when milk comes out of my nose.

Is that the same as "downward facing dog" which I would have mastered by now if only my yoga tape did not move so fast and want me to be a warrior of some smegging sort before my dog has fully arranged itself...? Am I technically, should I ever have time to achieve the pose, a downward facing bitch?

I do hope your kneecaps did not play "snap"?

Falling over does not get less embarrassing as you get older, does it?

Oh yes it does , people expect it so its not a surprise and you are quite correct downward facing dog is more accurate although the way I do it, I'm not so sure.

I used to enjoy Tai Chi, however the classes I went to always seemed too commercial and my discipline is not that good, yoga is something you can do any time any place any where ( its the bright one the right one its ....)

Anyone even considering doing a 10-mile run needs to be looked at strangely.

I have great respect for knees, since one of mine got itself in a twist last year and tore a cartilege, and needed surgery! It kicked off a very rocky year medically. I'm about to take both of them back on the tennis court, after giving them a strong lecture about behaving!

I think I need a rest.....

Margo,

If your knees aren't green by the end of the day, you ought to seriously re-examine your life.

And an unexamined life is something bad whose exact nature I am unable to recall at this exact moment...

I shall ignore the doggy style comment....I fail to see what is so interesting about my putative sex-life....
