@maporsche,
MaPorsche, the women Baldimo knows likely already agree with Baldimo. There are lots of women who are questioning and even criticizing the Women's march. We Americans tend to cluster with people (men and women) we agree with politically.
Saying that women "offer a different perspective on what being a woman means in America" is ridiculous in the implication that women all think alike. As I pointed out 42% of women voted for Donald Trump, and more women are pro-life then men are.
And for your question... phrases like "sexism is dead" or "racism is dead" or "rape culture" are highly objective and not very important. They only have any meaning when you are talking people who already share your world view. Women have vastly different views among themselves about what "sexism" means, and minorities vasty different views on what "racism" being "dead" would mean.
Facts are important, and the most productive discussions (particularly between people with different points of view) are ones that are fact based.
It is frustrating when liberals make emotional arguments that are designed stifle questioning and ignore facts that don't agree with their world view. This frustrates me from conservatives too, but as a liberal... it bothers me more.
