The Zionists are not oppressing the Palestinians. The Palestinians were given many opportunities to peacefully accept a state based on 1967 borders. The Palestinians chose perpetual war over a fair peace.

The Zionists deny the Palestinians' Right of Return. The Two State Solution is predicated on this wrong and presumes the Palestinians' renunciation of that right. That's oppression.

I have no idea what international law specifies about a right of return. I do however reject the notion that the Palestinians have any rights that are not also possessed by every other human.
