@Frugal1,
That would make one more time that Russia has saved the West from some really dreadful ****.... Picture a world in which Sweden was a major power? Tsar Peter saved us from that.

Can I read your private emails then, Mr. Franks?

Quote:
In response to the new sanctions and the broader discussion of Russia’s efforts to place Trump in the White House, Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) claimed on MSNBC Thursday afternoon that President Obama’s “main motivation is to delegitimize this election.” Then Franks suggested that Russia may have provided America with a public service with its targeted attacks on Democrats.

“If Russia succeeded in giving the American people information that was accurate,” Franks claimed, “then they merely did what the media should have done.”

@revelette1,
If Mr. Franks´ ¨private emails(TM)¨ contained anything about the trafficking and murder of young children and/or the assassination of a US supreme court chief justice, then somebody like Julian Assange would be doing the American people a favor by telling us about it.

Putin wanted Hillary to lose the election because he was sick and tired of the Democrats letting him do whatever he wanted.

@Frugal1,
Putin has basically cleaned up a gigantic US-made mess in Syria. We put him in a position which he had to act, he could not possibly tolerate a terrorist caliphate to his immediate South.

That's funny. You are outraged that the DNC's manipulations were made public and that Trump's tax returns were not.

A little consistency please

And BTW, do you really believe the US has not manipulated foreign elections and governments? Do you remember our guy, the Shaw of Iran? They hate us to this day because of that.

Chances are really good that he will recover some of the weapons
HRC was selling before the attack on our embassy in Benghazi.

You'd think this would get bigger headlines than it has. As I read that post was the first and only mention I've seen about it.

I didn't click on the link regarding the electrical grid in Vermont, but since it apparently turns out not to be true, that is good news. Geez.

I have always been concerned with security and cyber security for our country. I was concerned when Snowden stole a bunch of information he had no business stealing and giving it people he had no business giving it for the same reason.

As for the kind of dumb comparison to Trump's tax returns, please, how else are we to know Trump's connections in his business dealings both foreign and domestic? To me, it is all of a piece.

This hacking really concerns more than just the past election, I don't care about it any longer, it is done and the hacking revealed really was no earth shattering news. There was also hacking done in other areas such as the Pentagon and other important places I would think anyone in the US would want to be kept out of foreign hands. That is what the big deal is in the end. I have confidence it will be looked into by those who have been in these committees long enough to care about it. So I am not too worried about it.

@revelette1,

So much of what the left has reported lately has turned out to be not true, the liberal
progressive democrat party & their infotainment media are in complete disarray.

It has been widely reported .... and has been a topic at the annual meeting of the Chaos Computer Club (CCC, Europe's largest association of hackers) in Hamburg this weekend.
