@Krumple,
Quote:
Trump isn't green lighting prejudice or discrimination.

Yes he is. He's stroking up people's fears and hatreds, playing on their prejudices and amplifying them. He is busy spreading hate.

You see, George. I see his rhetoric playing on people's fears and hatreds.

Didn't you hear Trump's speech about Muslims and Mexicans?

@blatham,
Doesn't take much to become blatham's "new Republican hero."

Agree with me and you're my hero because my biggest hero, based on what may be spouted in social media, is ME!

There are nomineted 318 people to receice the Nobel Peace prize this year.
1 (one)single American has nominated Trump now two years in a row. Of course Trump has zero chance to get the prize. Just the idea of him getting it.
It would have been a perfect 1st of April joke.

Obama got one. Trump's a president too. Why can't he have one?

Because the Nobel Peace Prize isn't about achieving world peace. The prize is only awarded in support of liberal extremism.

Some famous liberal extremists are for instance Malala Yousafzai (2014), Elie Wiesel (1986), Carl von Ossietzky (1936) etc etc

It is truly a shame that the people in charge of it diminished the prize and made it all about liberal temper tantrums.

It could have been a prize that meant something.

It's responses like the one above that makes me want to claim Oral isn't an American. It's wince worthy regarding the state of our educational system.

Was that a popular expression in Germany after June 10, 1940?

I'm sure there are plenty of Norwegians who would not have ruined the Nobel Peace Prize in the name of liberal temper tantrums.

And even the ones who were directly responsible for wrecking the Nobel Peace Prize may well be trustworthy. They just also happened to ruin the Nobel Peace Prize because they felt like throwing a political temper tantrum.

@McGentrix,
After two months of desperate resistance, the last surviving Norwegian and British defenders of Norway are overwhelmed by the Germans, and the country is forced to capitulate to the Nazis.

Two months earlier, on April 9, Nazi Germany launched its invasion of Norway, capturing several strategic points along the Norwegian coast. During the preliminary phase of the invasion, Norwegian fascist forces under Vidkun Quisling acted as a so-called “fifth column” for the German invaders, seizing Norway’s nerve centers, spreading false rumors, and occupying military bases and other locations.

Spreading fake news and false rumors was done in those days too by fascist and others - things that we unfortunately see now too here in a2k done by certain people. And you are a supporter of it.

Just the opposite. It shows that I know exactly who they are and what they stand for.
