@oralloy,
Your inability to point out any of your posts that don’t sound like they were penned by a grunting imbecile is all we need to know.

Your mistakes are pointed out all the time but you can’t handle the truth.

Given the fact that Mr. Trump's claims that Mr. Biden cheated are currently headline news, how is it soapboxing for someone to actively post about that?

It's not, necessarily.

Since the accusations have repeatedly been rejected as false, repeatedly bringing them up approaches the realm of the nonsensical. But that doesn't mean that the context in which the accusations have been made can't be the subject of a discussion. And not every post on the subject has been removed. In fact, if you scroll back through this thread and many of the other political ones, you can find scores of them. I think in most cases, padding a post with a little commentary can decrease the likelihood of it being pulled:

Quote:
This rule is fundamentally about the signal-to-noise ratio of your posts: if you're posting large volumes of content that doesn't provide value to the community, you might be suspended.

@izzythepush,
a parrot squawked when he wrote:
I am saying the same things only because I am replying to progressives
this parrot needs to stop implying superior intelligence if all he does all day is copy/paste the same tired replies over and over and over again...

@Region Philbis,
That is incorrect. There is no reason for me to stop telling the truth.

Progressives reject many things as false, and many of those things are actually true.

And progressives post a lot more untrue nonsense than conservatives do.

@oralloy,
What do you mean stop?

It would make a nice change if you started telling the truth for once.

Instead we’re subjected to mad bollocks.

@oralloy,
Try saying some other words then. You’ve had about five years to do so, but nothing, just mindless drivel.

Here’s a nice long word for you, wheelbarrow, it’s got three whole syllables, and one day you might be lucky enough to take a ride in one.

If progressives were smart enough to make different claims than their usual nonsense, they'd also be smart enough to reject progressivism.

Oh well.

Progressives sure do hate facts and reality, but no. Facts and reality are not mindless drivel.

Although this doesn’t count as one of Oral’s limited responses, it’s something he does all the time, because he lacks the wherewithal and imagination to come up with a pithy response he just rephrased what’s already been written.

It’s the Bart Simpson response, similar to “ I know you are, but what am I?”

The sort of thing most of us stopped doing when we went to big school.

Hopefully one day Oralloy will go through adolescence, although not likely before the menopause.

@izzythepush,
Actually it is because you are falsely accusing me of your own characteristics.

It is perfectly reasonable for me to point out that not only are you lying about me, but that you actually have the very traits that you falsely accuse me of having.

That said, I've always admitted to being weak in creativity. Facts are my strong point, not creativity.

Trump Shares Clip Promoting January 6, D.C. Protests That Proud Boys Will Attend Incognito

Quote:
President Donald Trump shared a video on Saturday encouraging supporters to join protests in Washington D.C. on January 6, which will be attended by members of the far-right Proud Boys group.

The 30-second clip, posted by the president to Twitter, touts the upcoming "March for Trump" protests as potentially the "biggest event in Washington D.C. history." The planned demonstrations were organized in support of Trump, who lost the presidential election in November. Participants intend to demand that Congress overturn the election results in swing states, on the day that lawmakers are set to certify Electoral College votes, confirming President-elect Joe Biden's win.

Several Trump allies are expected to speak at the events, including George Papadopoulos, a former policy adviser to Trump's 2016 campaign, and Roger Stone, a longtime ally—both men were recently pardoned by the president.

Enrique Tarrio, the Proud Boys chairman, announced this week that members of the far-right group will also attend the events "incognito."

"The ProudBoys will turn out in record numbers on Jan 6th but this time with a twist," Tarrio said in a statement shared on Parler, a "free speech" social media platform. "We will not be wearing our traditional Black and Yellow. We will be incognito and we will spread across downtown DC in smaller teams."

Tarrio also teased that the group "might dress in all BLACK for the occasion."

So when the violence happens, Trump will have in no way encouraged it. Right.

And this is our "law and order" president.

I didn't really believe Michael Cohen when he predicted this sort of behavior, thinking that Trump couldn't possibly be that much of an authoritarian as to refuse to leave office after losing an election.

Quote:
Online chats between members of far-right groups, conspiracy theorists and white supremacists suggest that violence involving guns could also break out at the events.

Trump no doubt would refer to them as "good people". The guy has shrunk to a new low.
