Minor correction: The amendment was included in the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act. It was approved by the House in June, approved by the Senate in December, and was presented to President Trump on 11 December, but he has not signed it yet.

It is specifically H.Amdt.833: An amendment numbered 3 printed in House Report 116-457 to require certifications be made to Congress when the President deploys active duty military within the United States during civil unrest by amending the Insurrection Act in Title 10, Chapter 13 of U.S. Code.

There is no mention of the Insurrection Act in the stimulus bill.

Or you could just do "Ctrl-F" on a desktop, or the "find on page" function on your smartphone, and search the word "insurrection". It is that easy.

Plus, it is the actual document from the US Government website.
