There were zero votes for the TX AG on the merits, including zero votes from Trump appointees. It was a clown suit from the beginning, and 126 representatives, 18 state AG’s, and a host of prominent right-wing activists beclowned themselves by supporting it.

I think all the Trump voters should refuse to pay taxes to an illegitimate government. What the courts say does not matter, it is their right to disagree.. That will keep Biden busy throwing 80 million people in jail.

I'm kind of wondering on why you think the three Justices that Trump appointed (including the one who has only been in the Court for just over a month) decided to dismiss the case.
Even the 2 Justices that would want to hear the case (Alito and Thomas believe they are obligated to hear all state v state cases) said they would not provide the relief Texas wanted.
