Georgia Poll Observers Say They Were Effectively Told to Go Home

Several poll observers in Georgia said under penalty of perjury that they were effectively told to go home on election night before ballot counting resumed for several hours with no observers present.

Republican poll observers Mitchell Harrison and Michelle Branton said in affidavits that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 inside an absentee ballot counting room State Farm Arena, a woman shouted to everyone to stop working and return the following morning at 8:30 a.m.

“This lady had appeared through the night and Mitchell and I believed her to be the supervisor,” Branton wrote in an affidavit.

Following the instruction, nearly all workers left, except a handful of people. All ballot counting stopped.

The poll observers were the only outsiders left, along with a Fox News crew. Harrison spent time seeking answers from Regina Waller, the Fulton County’s public affairs manager for elections, but she refused to answer the questions, he said in an affidavit.

A few minutes later, Branton, Harrison, and the crew left. Only four people remained in the room including Waller, when they had departed.

The group later heard that ballot counting had resumed at the arena, despite the public being told that it had ceased for the night. Observers rushed back at around 1 a.m. on Nov. 4 and found that to be the case.

The Supreme Court upheld the faithless elector laws 5 months ago in an unanimous decision.

Even taking account for Ginsberg's death and Barrett's appointment, the majority of the Court would still uphold the law.

Justice Samuel Alito observed that if the popular vote is close, the possibility of "changing just a few votes" in the Electoral College would rationally "prompt the losing party ... to launch a massive campaign to try to influence electors, and there would be a long period of uncertainty about who the next president was going to be."

Similarly, Justice Brett Kavanaugh alluded to what he called "the chaos principle of judging, which suggests that if it's a close call ... we shouldn't facilitate or create chaos."

As the Court recognizes, nothing in the Constitution prevents States from requiring Presidential electors to vote for the candidate chosen by the people. Petitioners ask us to infer a constitutional right to elector independence by interpreting the terms “appoint,” “Electors,” “vote,” and “by Ballot” to align with the Framers’ expectations of discretion in elector voting. But the Framers’ expectations aid our interpretive inquiry only to the extent that they provide evidence of the original public meaning of the Constitution. They cannot be used to change that meaning. As the Court explains, the plain meaning of the terms relied on by petitioners do not appear to “connote independent choice.”

In Fulton County — the state’s most populous county, which includes Atlanta — officials said they would stop counting mail-in ballots at 10:30 p.m., with the plan of resuming in the morning, NBC News reports. Hey, that’s fine, it’s not like we’re in the middle of an incredibly contentious election or anything!

Whoops. So obviously the news was told the same thing that the poll watchers were. Yet the counting went on. What gives?

Robert Cahaly, Trafalgar Group’s chief pollster, added that the survey “shed some light on Georgia voters opinions of whether the #Presidential elections were compromised enough to change the outcome.”

A majority of voters, 53.2 percent, said “yes,” while 37.9 percent said “no” and 8.9 percent indicated that they remained unsure. The majority is even greater among GOP voters exclusively, 74.6 percent of whom expressed the belief that the elections were compromised enough to change the outcome:

Hearing Set in Sidney Powell’s Georgia Election Case

A hearing was scheduled for Dec. 7 in a lawsuit attempting to convince a judge to allow outside experts to examine Dominion Voting Systems machines in Georgia.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr., a George W. Bush appointee, scheduled the hearing after an appeals court dismissed an appeal from the plaintiffs, who are being represented by Sidney Powell and other lawyers.

Batten last month ordered three counties not to wipe or rest their voting machines as he weighed whether to grant the plaintiffs’ request to have independent experts look at the machines. Powell argued the order was insufficient and appealed to the the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for a statewide block.

The appeals court ultimately denied that appeal, setting up the 10 a.m. hearing on Monday.

“This appeal arises from last-minute litigation that alleges widespread election related misconduct and seeks sweeping relief. The issue before us, however, is a narrow question of appellate jurisdiction: has the district court entered an order that we have jurisdiction to review?” an appeals court panel write in a 12-page opinion.

Not "the people'. Georgia Republicans. Democrats and independents believe in facts and reality, and they know trump deals in neither. He's been lying about the election for months, and he's swept up gullible republicans into his fantasies... Biden won, He will be president come january. That's the reality.

There had to be massive, organized fraud. The senile fool and his communist running mate couldn’t draw crowds of twenty people, but they got nearly 82 million people to vote for them? The mail-in balloting is corrupt and very hard to prove. Industrial-scale ballot harvesting is very corrupt as is endless early and late voting, but it’s not illegal. That needs to be stopped if we are to ever again have a legitimate election.

2020 was likely the last election a Republican can win if no law is passed to ban these practices.

There is a reason mail-in voting is banned throughout much of the Western World.

American patriots are surrounding the county courthouse in Antrim County, Michigan, preventing county election officials from entering to wipe Dominion voting machines.

The county is where the famous ‘glitch’ which switched 6,000 from Trump to Biden, which was later reversed.

A Michigan judge has granted a request for a forensic scan of 22 machines due to voting fraud allegations.

CDMedia is told a Trump cyber forensics team is wheels-up in a jet enroute to examine the devices.

Michigan counties were forced to buy these high-cost machines (approximately $7,500 each) and sign grant agreements restricting county election officials from examining the equipment. A Zuckerberg-funded entity provided the equipment for free once local officials agreed to not ask any questions. We understand the contracts for these backroom deals will be released shortly.
