Appointing judges because they've passed the Federalist Society's 'originalist' litmus test is packing the courts.

@hightor,
Packing the courts means expanding the number of judges on the court and filling the new seats yourself.

The Federalist Society merely supports judges who uphold the law and the Constitution.

It looks like Roberts and Kavanaugh are going to go along with the 3 liberal justices and just “excise” the mandate, but keep the rest of the ACA intact! That’s 5 votes to keep the ACA!

@snood,
It's too bad they don't rule against that HMO/PPO "network" nonsense.

I had real health insurance before Obamacare, where I could see any doctor that I wanted to without worrying about whether they were "in network" or not.

That's going to be one good thing about Medicare when I get old enough. No more of this Obamacare "network" crap.

But, isn’t Medicare a socialist program?

@snood,
Socialized health insurance, yes. But I'll still be without those networks that Obamacare foisted on me.

5 votes will keep Trump as YOUR president. Will you honor the Constitution and accept the decision?

Which cities will burn to ground first, any idea?

According to gov’t data, 69 people born in 1800’s ‘voted’ in Pa. this year

You would think Ellen would have some these 120+ people on her show.
Quote:
According to the Pennsylvania Open Data Portal, state officials issued 58 mail-in ballots to people who were born in the year 1800. Another two voters were born in the 1850s and nine voters were born in the 1890s.

Additionally, another 23 Pennsylvania voters were born in the year 1900. The data also shows another 1,317 ballots were issued to people born between 1900 and 1920.

There were 682,479 votes cast in JUST two Pennsylvania counties…

Allegheny and Philadelphia…

that should have been observed by poll watchers…but were not.

This is against Pennsylvania election code.

This data suggests people as old as 220-years-old voted this year in Pennsylvania. President Trump’s campaign is now mounting a legal challenge over these issues.

On 1/20/21 Joseph Robinette Biden will be sworn in as the 46th POTUS.

And there’s not a damn thing anyone can do about that.

But you do you.

@coldjoint,
How did these dead/ very, very old people register since only registered voters are eligible to receive a ballot?

I've been for more than 30 years a member of an election committee: voting starts here at 8 am, we get our list as updated at 7 am.

We call it fraud on this side of the pond.

Well it seems that Erdogan is breaking ranks from other despots like Putin and Xi Jinping. Until today they all had refused to acknowledge and congratulate Biden for his win. Today he made a public statement saying he was looking forward to working with the new president.

CORTES: The Statistical Case Against Biden’s Win

Quote:
The statistical case is, admittedly, circumstantial rather than conclusive.

But the numbers also firmly point to the intense improbability of the accuracy of the present Biden lead. The statistical case provides more than enough reasonable suspicion to require hand recounts and immediate investigation into fraudulent activities, including the new damning revelations of on-the-record whistleblowers.

There are four key elements to the numerical thesis:

Are you ready science lovers?
Quote:
1. Turnout
Clearly, high turnout was expected in an intensely political year with vastly expanded access to mail-in voting. But the kinds of numbers reported simply defy reasonable expectations.
2. Outperformance vs. Obama
The breakouts higher for Biden relative to Obama’s performances in key areas simply do not seem credible.
Could a candidate as doddering and lazy as Biden really have massively outpaced the vote totals of a politician who boasted rock star appeal?
3. Biden-Only Ballots
Trump campaign legal counsel Sidney Powell reports that, nationwide, over 450,000 Biden-only ballots were cast, meaning the voter allegedly selected Biden but then neglected down-ballot candidates, including closely-contested Senate and House races.
4. Absence of Mail-In Vote Vetting
Democratic governors clamored for massive amounts of mail-in voting, knowing full well that most states would become overwhelmed and wholly unable to establish the validity and legality of almost all the votes that poured in via mail.
RIGGED?

The statistical case, in isolation, does not prove fraud. But the confluence of highly unlikely results does, emphatically, paint of picture of utter improbability.

Any one of these four factors alone would cast intense doubt upon election results.

Put all four together, and the result is a seemingly impossible statistical perfect storm.

To use a sports analogy, it would be a team pitching a perfect game in the World Series.

Not one game, nor two…but in all four games to “sweep” via pitching perfection.

Is it possible?

Theoretically, sure. Is it probable?

Hell no – and so, we must commence with a vigorous audit as the future of our republic hangs in the balance.

Over 70 million Americans did not just fall of the turnip truck. This is fraud.

BTW Twitter just suspended the account of The National Pulse. Any idea why? Could is be they (Twitter) are the fascists? Highly likely.

That's only one definition....packing the courts also means rapidly filling federal vacancies that went intentionally unfilled during the Obama administration so they can place the most conservative leaning judges during the Trump administration.

The Federalist Society's goal is to prevent any moderate individual serving on any Federal Court to reinforce their own political agenda for the purpose of controlling women's ability to make their own health issues, ignore the benefits of diversity and to marginalize the LBGTQ groups and deprive them of their civil rights for fun.

They were probably registered before they died. Voter rolls should be cleaned up but seldom are leaving the possibility for the kind of fraud that took place. Someone simply votes for the dead person as his or her name still appears on the list of registered voters.

I don't know if any of you have checked out this important story, but u/Builder, who posted it this morning, is right up on this stuff and, well frankly, it looks bad for Biden.
