If Mr. Trump has to lead the nation in another war against the Democratic Party, I'm sure he can rise to the challenge just as Mr. Lincoln did.

It would be interesting to see what a modern-day "Sherman's March to the Sea" would look like in today's blue states.

@coldjoint,

A little more hate for fellow Americans is a nice touch.

Apparently you can't differentiate mockery from hate. "Oh, all those "haters" out there, picking on Trump and his supporters."

Of course, they themselves would never indulge in such behavior.

Pathetic.

@oralloy,
there are more of us than there are of you, and the industry is still in the blue states. If it happened, it would be a repeat of 1864, and the racists would lose again. stupid.

@Builder,

Biden is a criminal, and so is his son.

Show us the indictments and convictions.

Quote:
Never forget that the DNC failed in their lame impeachment attempt.

First thing, it was the House of Representatives, not the "DNC" that attempted to impeach Trump. Read the Constitution.

Secondly, the House did successfully impeach Trump. The Senate refused to convict him.

Thirdly, it wasn't "lame" as the evidence was sufficient to show the president using strong arm tactics to attempt to extract political favors from the head of a foreign government.

@hightor,
Mconnell announced what the Senate Verdict was going to be even before the "trial" began. The Senate also limited the evidence which could be used.
With Builders typical partisan memory of the actual proceedings and verdict we knew that the GOP would claim it to be a full exoneration of any charges and we must not allow that BS to become history.

@Sturgis,
It goes to the person on the ballot. In the Presidents case, then to the VP.

In state states it goes to the ticket and if the deceased wins, then according to those states' laws there are different ways to put another into that office by appointment or a new election with a new candidate.

@Sturgis,
He is a candidate and one of his duties of office is to fill in when the President is ill or dead.

@oralloy,
biden is now up by 10 points nationally. Odds are dems will have both the house and the senate. repubs will have absolutely no power to impeach anyone, and we can get back to putting the country on a sound economic, medical and moral footing.

@MontereyJack,
Trump underlined his incompetence in handling Covid19 by getting it.

His casualness about Covid19 is a killing thing and now its going to kill his re-election and it may well kill him, too.
