Indeed you are one of the most prolific users of subjective & illogical propaganda on the site.

I am buying that, as revelette3 would say. I have said it myself but I do not carry much weight here. Something I can more than live with if Blatham's propaganda and devious methods are exposed. Thanks.

Top 12 Get-Trump Bloopers of 2019

Hapless clowns outsmarted by a rookie in politics. The MSM also outsmarted by an experienced and knowledgeable Trump.
Quote:
12) If we don’t impeach, he might win the election.
11) What is she drinking?
10) Adam Schiff cries.
9) Robert Mueller has never read the Mueller report.
8) Joe Biden prefers truth over facts.
7) Lawrence O’Donnell’s single source.
6) Trump opponent political suicide note No. 1: I want to tax the poor more because I care.
5) That’s easy for her to say.
4) Hot air out of both ends.
3) Joe Biden’s blonde leg hair.
2) Schiff called out at his own town hall.
1) Schiff’s star fact witness knows nothing.

The link elaborates on each of these.

Refer to my post that you're quoting.

I know that progressives like the idea of dispensing with trials entirely in their witch hunts. But no. If charges are not submitted to the Senate for trial, then there are no charges.

Just like in criminal matters, if no charges are submitted to a court for trial, then there are no charges.

The only mental midgets here are people like you who cannot say anything intelligent, and rely instead on childish name-calling.

farmerman wrote:

No. What you do is spout bitter name-calling at anyone who is smarter than you are.

It's an interesting question. I suspect Speaker Pelosi believes her refusal to submit the Impeachment material does not constitute an abandonment of them. If so then she believes an Impeachment has indeed occurred, even without delivery. There is nothing specific in the Constitution that requires the delivery of the documents to the Senate for its action, or i which limits the Senate's ability to act on the public record of the House' Impeachment action without the delivery of the documents.

I infer you therefore also believe the Senate is able to take up the charges and dismiss them out of hand even without the delivery by the House.

"One can...". Who is this "one" you speak of? Anyone or everyone? Are you suggesting Sarah Palin can readily recognize a tu quoque argument a mile away? Any of the loggers now getting drunk in pubs on Vancouver Island are whip-fast in spotting and shouting down any strawman argument that comes up?

And was it therefore just a waste of time for the Greeks and those who followed to even bother with the study of logic?

Does that mean I can say "your ass sucks cottonwood" instead of you are full of it, metaphorically?

@blatham,
I wasn't referring to anyone in particular, but rather to most people. There certainly is no logical basis for your sweeping assumptions about the understanding of Sarah Palin or the loggers on Vancouver island. Some may well have such limitations, but I suspect they are also well able to detect bullshit coming from one of their fellow loggers. It's more or less the same thing.

You might want to stop into a bar frequented by the loggers and try some of your elitist BS on them.

@coldjoint,
I feel totes ripped off by Cenk.

He appeared to have all good intentions, but, like a lot of people in the legal circles, sold out early, and continues to be a mouthpiece for the cabal.

If you watch the video, his cohorts aren't so Creepy Joe supportive, though.
