The impeachment won’t result in removal. It will just serve to bring Trump voters to the polls.

In an interview with MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell on Thursday, Ocasio-Cortez said the impeachment depositions are adding up to "a very likely abuse of power."

"We know that he has committed a crime," AOC declared. "The question is, how many other people are implicated in this? The question is, how often did he do it? Did he do it in other circumstances? How big does this get? And so with respect to the number of articles, I think that it’s fair to say let’s look at what rolls in."

"With respect to Ukraine and several other instances, it’s a very open and shut case," she said. "I think it’s important that we discuss the fact that he has committed impeachable crimes. It’s just a question of how many and how many people were involved and who knew."

@revelette3,
"Classy" cheese seems to broad a generalisation to be of much use. I love my cheese, ( I'm not too far from Cheddar.)

Over here American cheese means the processed stuff they put on top of burgers. We have heard of Monterry Jack, but it's not something you can get on its own. Usually you'll see it as an ingredient in an "American style" pizza but that's about this.

What's important about this award is that it's an original cheese, not just another cheddar or brie, but something new.

Btw, there's a big difference in bv cheeses, not all are strong tasting.

Since neither one of us can guarantee exactly what will be in the Articles of Impeachment, I think you're rather premature with your opinion Trump will not be removed. We haven't seen most of the evidence or strategy yet. The prosecution has the burden of proof, and I'd like to see all of it laid out. Democrats need to prove he asked for political favors for a personal gain. Republicans will try to show it wasn't. It will be a process of Rule of Law versus Who Gives A ****. Will impeachment bring people out to the polls? Probably not any more or any less than any other Presidential election cycle we've had.

A Democratic nominee hasn't even been selected yet and you've already decided what talking points the nominees "should" be talking about. We're just getting started yet you've lowered the boom. Bernie or Bust.

To me, that's not any better of a strategy than just giving up entirely. I vote for the best person for the job. I voted for Hilary. She lost. Now, if Bernie does secure the Democratic nomination this time around, of course I'll vote for him, but I don't think he's the best candidate. All those things you've listed, yes, those are problems. And Bernie isn't going to solve them either, so let's just get real here. Oh sure, he'll try, try he will. And he'll spin his wheels, get absolutely nothing done because he'll be stonewalled for just being who he is. That's the fact you repeatedly keep ignoring.

It's ironic that Hilary Clinton keeps popping up and still people like you and the Trumpers just won't let go. "Well, SHE did THIS and SHE did THAT!!" So who really flipping cares? I don't. It's obvious you do. You're blaming Hilary for America's failures. Deemed her the one and only reason why Trump got into office. She's not the problem. We are.

I think in some conversations, you mentioned you were so put off from Hilary and didn't want to vote for Trump so you just stayed home. You did nothing. You sat on the couch and just let it all unravel. Now you're back, saying Bernie or Bust. Never a critical eye or a harsh interpretation of his policies.

You know who's been shooting their feet for the last four years? You. All on you. If you think that Bernie will win, great. However, your lack of preparedness for when or if he doesn't get the nomination shows you'll sit out this election cycle again.

Vote for the best person for the job. Just vote.

'Three days before the 2016 election, Donald Trump said it would be "impossible" for government to work and "virtually impossible" for a president to "govern or lead" while under criminal investigation.'

Glad we dodged that bullet.

And, despite all of that, the constant war drums over the past four years have pissed off and daily embattled people who could’ve been attracted from trump to helpful, people-centric policies by democrats.

Doesn’t change my assessment.

Yes, big kudos for that post, NB. He could’ve been as dismissive and obtuse as she is being toward him, but he took the time to very astutely illustrate how the Bernie or bust stuff is madness.

@Real Music,
I know, she is so hard to figure out. I stopped trying.

The Bernie or bust crowd should own up to being a large share of the fault of Trump being the President. After the democrat primary of 16', any three would put Trump in office, only one would have kept Trump from winning.

If you voted for Trump, obviously, that would be contributing to Trump being office, if you voted a third party, that contributed to Trump being in office, if you stayed home, that contributed to Trump being office. On other hand, if all left leaning voters voted for the democrat who was left standing after the primary was over, Hillary could have overcome shortcomings with the swing states if there was any. That decision had so many long lasting consequences of which anyone who knew anything about politics would have been aware when they chose to stay home . Namely, the vacancies of the Supreme Court which would keep the court conservative rather than putting another liberal judge in. How could anyone ignore that in 2016 is just mind boggling considering how Supreme Court decisions affect our lives in so many ways. How they can say they want progressive ideas, yet contribute to SC conservative Justices who will block any progress in progress ideas just blows me away. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite you face. Only it wasn't only their own noses.

Pretty soon it will be proven that Obama was. Nothing has been proven regarding Trump, it is all repetition and narrative.

You must really like to keep yer head up your ass as you talk nonsense.
Wtill trying to find anything on Hillary, now Obama.
I think Trump wont be the wurst but maybe in the top four most incompetent or corrupt presidents.(Buchanan was no doubt the worst) Obama will rank somewhere in the middle of the entire pack of all presidents.

@farmerman,
There was a recent ranking of presidents by historans, Obama as I rcall was either 12rh or 16th, which puts him in the top third. They didn't rank trump, I would assume because he's still in process of ruining the country, his final position it the bottom seems assured when they do have his full recordy, tho

More likely than other outcomes, when you consider the fact that Trump hasn't even done anything wrong.
