@MontereyJack,
Wrong. The truth is that the Republicans tried to work with Obama and even made a deal with him, and then Obama undercut his own deal by giving in to leftist extremism.

@oralloy,
No. They made a covenant the night he took office to oppose everything he dud, and they did just that for eight years. He offered them a seat at the table on health care. They turned him down and said any repub senator who woked with him, they would make sure it would be political suicide for that senator. they tried to shut down the country and got the blame themselves. NO cooperation or compromise or bipartisanship from repubs, none for eight years. Which means, the way you guys keep defiing precedents, dems are perfectly justified in fighting all the heinous things that Trump keeps doing, particularly since he lost the vote by nearly three millions, so has no legitimacy despite what the ec says. Obama did after all winthe presidency twice, but you had zero reluctance to shafting him twice anyway. Try to cloak it how they will, the Repubs care only about taking pure naked power for themselves. even if they lose.

Here's an episode of PBS Frontline that can fill in the gaps in your knowledge of the Obama Administration:

Wrong. The Republicans tried to make a deal with Obama, and did so. Then Obama gave in to extremists and undermined his own deal with the Republicans.

Wrong. That's just leftist propaganda to whitewash Obama's failure.

What are they going to do, whine feebly at Mr. Trump?

No one shafted Obama.

No one made Obama undermine his own deal with the Republicans after the 2010 election.

No one made Obama waste the entire first hundred days of his second term fighting with the NRA instead of pressing a useful legislative agenda.

No one made Obama undercut moderate Republicans when they were interested in passing immigration reform after the 2014 elections.

Obama is just a failure. It's no one's fault but Obama's.

A Russian warship and a US warship have come close to collision in the western Pacific Ocean, with each side blaming the other for the incident.

Russia's Pacific Fleet said the cruiser USS Chancellorsville crossed just 50 metres (160ft) in front of the destroyer Admiral Vinogradov at 06:35 Moscow time (03:35 GMT).

It was forced to perform "emergency manoeuvring" to avoid the US ship.

But US forces blamed the Russians, claiming their ship was responsible.

US Seventh Fleet Commander Clayton Doss called the Russians "unsafe and unprofessional", saying their destroyer "made an unsafe manoeuvre against USS Chancellorsville". He dismissed the Russian allegation as "propaganda".

@MontereyJack,
I pointed out all the times that the Republicans tried to work with Obama, where nothing got done simply because Obama was a bad president who couldn't work with other people.

I also pointed out the fact that Obama squandered the first hundred days of his second term fighting with the NRA instead of pushing a useful legislative agenda. The first hundred days of a term is the period when presidents are usually able to get the most stuff done.

That undercuts your attempt to whitewash Obama's failure by blaming it on Republicans.

President Trump’s Decision to Defund International Planned Parenthood Cost It $100 Million

Quote:
Planned Parenthood has about $100 million fewer tax dollars to abort unborn babies across the world, thanks to the Trump administration.

The funding cut to the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the result of the Mexico City Policy, which President Donald Trump signed during his first week in office. The policy prohibits taxpayer funding to international groups that promote and/or provide abortions overseas.

IPPF told ABC News it is losing an estimated $100 million in U.S. funding as a result.

All you abortion fans can start donating to make up for the loss. Although I doubt many here put their money where their mouth is.

@coldjoint,
Well over 60 percent of Americans support Planned Parenthood. Another strong reason for 2/3 of the country to vote him out of office in 2020. Or before.

@oralloy,
And I have pointed out to you that over 90%pf the country, PLUS about 2/3 of NRA members supported Obama's gun measures.The NRA and the GOP blocked Obama as has been charged, and blocked the overwhelming will of the American people. Which, the way you view things, means the NRA and the Republican party should both be outlawed.

What percentage support abortion after a heartbeat is detected? Do you know?

Most people support bans on abortion after fetal heartbeat is detected, poll shows
