Prosecutor tells wavering senators she wouldn't charge Kavanaugh, as vote looms

Not enough evidence to charge Kavanaugh. This is an expert. If you cannot be charged, you cannot be tried. This was not a trial and now we know it never would be. If Democrats do not respect our legal system, what good are they?

“Mitchell spelled it out and was clear with senators that she could not take this anywhere near a courtroom,” one source told Fox News. She told them she would not charge the Supreme Court nominee and reportedly said she wouldn't even seek a search warrant.

@coldjoint,

Any Republican who were to go soft on this one at this point would be more of an outcast and pariah than Judas Iscariat, Loki, or Cain. The choice is to live with real people or join the demopoops amidst all the fish **** at the bottom of the Marianas Trench.

@revelette1,
There is money to be made and people that went to Yale are smart enough to see that. Did Cuomo put this person under oath? More sensationalism to convince people who already live in a fantasy world that things are exactly as the MSM and the Democrats say they are. You know anyone like that?

can he be a judge (at any level) if he is disbarred?

Can anyone be stupid enough to think an investigation would find anything after 6 background checks? Yes or no will do.

Ford did not want to come forward because of the emotional trauma it would entail, not that such as yourself cares about such things.

You've heard of the War Of The Roses? The GOP is now commencing a War On The Raped. By continually mocking the clear evidence that people who are sexually assaulted go into a shell for years because confronting their experience is too emotionally devastating, the Republicans are working hard to prevent people who were raped from finally coming forward.

If Kavanaugh gets appointed, every person who underwent such an experience will know that for the next 30 years, the ultimate decision as to what rape victims' rights will be will determined by a Court that has a member who very possibly engaged in sexual assault himself.

And if you do not like rape you had better have a talk with the gangs in the cities Democrats run. And maybe some of the people Obama imported.

How typical of you. So evidence comes forward that Kavanaugh might have unsuccessfully tried to rape a girl with a buddy of his, and all you can do is say, "So what, rape is worse elsewhere".

By the way, genius, under those Democratic mayors the national rape rate has dropped from 42.8 per 100K inhabitants down to 28.1 per 100K inhabitants in 2016.

See the difference? The Democrats are fighting a War on Rape. Republicans are fighting a War On The Raped. And it's real.

That is not what I said, and rape was never the accusation. Try putting words in someone else's mouth.

And the Democrats have abandoned the concepts of American justice to pursue this fight? And the whole idea Republicans hate women is a very old and tired narrative.

Minnesota: Somalis Riot at Amusement Park, Forcing Evacuation

Quote:
On Saturday September 22, 2018 at the ValleyFair amusement park in Shakopee, Minnesota, police and emergency responders had to evacuate all guests after a mob of Somali teenagers and men rushed through security and caused several violent fights to break out inside the park.

According to eyewitnesses who were at the park to celebrate Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, a group of nearly 100 Somali men mob rushed past security and amusement park staffers at the front entrance, and proceeded to run through the park and instigate fights among themselves and with guests.

The religion of Islam entitles its followers to do this to make their presence known and the fact it encourages it, just another thing the religion itself has told us. If violence does it then it has been done. It is intimidation and that is also recommended.

The entire Democrat/media/leftist playbook here was predicated on the anticipation that either the president would withdraw the nomination in the face of these accusation or the nominee would ask to have his name withdrawn in the face of them and with any other GOP president and with any other nominee I suspect this strategy would have succeeded.

The accusations needed to be heard. The response of the Republicans and the performance of "Renate Alumnus" Kavanaugh may have energized elements of the Republican base but most Democrats knew that blocking confirmation was a long shot, if not impossible. But, as with Clarence Thomas, the man's stature has been diminished even if his reputation among conservatives has been enhanced.

Both Thomas and Kavanaugh are willing to put their jobs above themselves and the good of the country over what some people may think. Let's put it this way the Constitution will not be easy to destroy and Democrats have made entirely clear it is what they intend to do.
