...Any student of history knows that it is moments like this summit that set in motion chains of events that are difficult to stop. The democratic alliance that has been the bedrock of the American-led liberal world order is unraveling. At some point, and probably sooner than we expect, the global peace that that alliance and that order undergirded will unravel, too. Despite our human desire to hope for the best, things will not be okay. The world crisis is upon us.
In 1983, Robert Kagan was foreign policy advisor to New York Republican Representative Jack Kemp. From 1984–86, under the administration of Ronald Reagan, he was a speechwriter for Secretary of State George P. Shultz and a member of the United States Department of State Policy Planning Staff. From 1986–1988 he served in the State Department Bureau of Inter-American Affairs.[10] (wikipedia)

tRump's administration claims 47 5 & under children will not be returned to their parent since the parent has been deported and they have no records. What becomes of the children? Put up for adoption?
Sounds like intentional Republican child trafficking.
My favorite bit today was when Gohmert tried to shame Strzok for having an affair while married. No small degree of self-discipline (and class) Strzok demonstrated by not responding in some manner such as...
"Would you prefer it if I modeled my marital fidelity ethics on that of President Donald Trump or Rudy Guiliani, Congressman Gohmert?"
Yes. But the guy would be a fuckup running a bowling alley.

Comey is a far better liar than Strzok. Comey had that kinda hangdog, "Lordy, I'm just being honest" pose down pat. He didn't smirk, and he didn't lie in a manner that was patently obvious, like Strzok.
Strzok tried to play that role a couple of times, but mainly he thought he was the next Ollie North, which he clearly aint. Ollie didn't try to smirk his way through his defiant counter-attacks and the didn't try to pretend that he was something that he clearly wasn't.
Louie had his number. He would have been much better off to say 'hell, yeah, I was biased against Trump,' but, noooooooo

Why do you care? Do you have children? Those children are watched now, the Obama administration released them to anybody.
So were Trudeau and Glitterbag, they will all get over it.

I have no idea what peoples' music tastes might be but I want to pass on a tip to those not yet introduced. The Tedesch Trucks band. This is an extraordinary group of top level musicians doing great music. I used to drum way back and one of the things I really love here is that the band includes two drummers. I'll put a link below but let me direct your attention to those two drummers interacting with each other. They hadn't know each other when they met to do the tryout but hit if off like gangbusters. They're now inseperable buddies. And that's the way they play. Notice how they watch each other and notice the faces.
This isn't gonna leave anything or anybody in the land messed up enough to vote for demokkkrats, dems are gonna be down to the mouse/rat/gopher vote...
