Well, OK, then!!:

Quote:
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee alleges GOP plot to oust Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein 'on Friday'

Republicans have a plan to oust embattled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein "on Friday" as part of a concerted effort to "undermine" the Russia probe, Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee claimed in a surprise outburst that brought a congressional hearing to a temporary halt on Tuesday.

As Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, questioned Horowitz, Jackson Lee of Texas repeatedly interrupted and asked permission from Oversight Committee Chair Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., for permission to make what she called a "parliamentary inquiry."

After Gowdy told Jackson Lee that she could not, she interjected: "Is it not appropriate to ask the question as to what is the germaneness of the gentleman’s line of questioning, and whether or not we’re dealing with the report of Mr. Horowtiz, or we’re dealing with the Republicans’ attempt to undermine the Mueller inquiry and to fire Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein, which they're planning to do on Friday?"

Damn, after getting my hopes up, I come to find out she's just makin **** up, eh?:

Quote:
House Republicans do not have the authority to "fire" Rosenstein, who reports to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, other than through impeachment and conviction.

I shoulda known.

Correct. More from wiki:

Title 10 service means full-time duty in the active military service of the United States. The term used is federalized. Federalized National Guard forces have been ordered, by the President to active duty either in their reserve component status or by calling them into Federal service in their militia status.[24] There are several forms, (including)....

Presidential Reserve Call Up.
When the President determines that it is necessary to augment the active forces for any operational mission for any unit or any member for not more than 270 days.

The US has pulled out of the United Nations Human Rights Council, calling it a "cesspool of political bias".

The "hypocritical and self-serving" body "makes a mockery of human rights", said US envoy to the UN Nikki Haley.

Formed in 2006, the Geneva-based council has been criticised for allowing countries with questionable human rights records to be members.

But activists said the US move could hurt efforts to monitor and address human rights abuses around the world.

Ms Haley announced her country's intention to quit the council at a joint news conference with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who called the council "a poor defender of human rights".

UN Secretary-General António Guterres, in a statement released through his spokesman, responded by saying he would have "much preferred" the US to remain in the council.

The UN human rights commissioner, Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, called the US withdrawal "disappointing, if not really surprising, news". Israel, meanwhile, has praised the decision.

The move comes amid intense criticism over the Trump administration's policy of separating child migrants from their parents at the US-Mexico border.

On Monday Mr Hussein has called the policy "unconscionable".

FBI may have modified witness reports, misled DOJ watchdog with 'false information'

The other thing that I would ask you to look into, there is growing evidence that 302s were edited and changed,” Meadows told Horowitz. “Those 302s, it is suggested that they were changed to either prosecute or not prosecute individuals. And that is very troubling.”

Horowitz suggested that the IG is reviewing information concerning modified 302s, saying his office intended to "follow up" on the matter.

Horowitz based his conclusions on the decisions of the DOJ (attorney's) when he said he couldn't find proof of "political bias." But those attorney's never see what the investigators (Strzok) don't want them to see, and only get "reports" containing information that the agent wants to report (which may be completely false).

Unlike any other significant FBI interview, no recordings or verbatim transcripts of the interviews of Clinton and her staff by Strzok were made. Just his "summary" (302) of what he said they said. I wonder why?

Strzok was kicked out of his FBI office today. Just some wild-ass coincidence, ya figure?

The cheese-eater mentality on full display, eh?:

Quote:
Socialist mob forces DHS head Nielson out of Mexican eatery

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was accosted by an angry socialist mob and forced out of a Mexican restaurant in Washington on Tuesday evening amid backlash over the federal government's “zero-tolerance” stand at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The video, posted by the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America, shows a group of protesters harassing Nielsen at MXDC Cocina Mexicana, a restaurant near the White House.

The group defended its actions Tuesday, saying “We will not stand by and let Secretary Nielsen dine in peace, while she is directing her employees to tear little girls away from their mothers and crying boys away from their fathers at our border. Secretary Nielsen.. should never be allowed to eat and drink in public again."

@Brand X,
Yes, that was a proposal done about two weeks ago - in March they said, the EU and the USA should have custom duties not higher than at the actual lowest level.

Good for them, this president deserves it and more. Unfortunately he doesn't care. I don't normally read Fox News but it was on my news feed.

Quote:
Tensions over illegal immigration and family separations at the border boiled over on Capitol Hill Tuesday night, as President Trump was met with profanity and heckling, blue-faced Democrats on his way to a meeting with House Republicans.

First, as President Trump's entourage made its way to House Speaker Paul Ryan's office, a congressional intern yelled, "Mr. President, F--k you!" across the Capitol Rotunda.

It was unclear whether Trump heard the remark. The incident occured after visiting hours.

There needs to be more of it, in the form of huge protest across the nation.

The basic answer. Blacks are not infinitely stupid and are starting to understand how badly they've been fucked by the deal they thought they had with demokkkrats. Demokkkrats can no longer count on them as a reliable voting block, particularly with Donald Trump raising their living standards.

If demokkkrats thought they could figure a way to allow chickens to vote, they'd be devoting 100% of their energies to chicken farming and you'd never find one of them near our Southern border.

Today's edition of Voices From The Right
Quote:
A prominent Republican strategist, who worked on the campaigns of former President George W. Bush and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), renounced the Republican Party early Wednesday morning, citing his revulsion to President Donald Trump and the administration’s family separation policy as the final straw.

Steve Schmidt, who is a political analyst for MSNBC and has been regularly vocal about his distaste for Trump, said he now plans to vote independently and align himself with Democrats. He called that party the “only party left in America that stands for what is right and decent and remains fidelitous to our Republic, objective truth, the rule of law and our Allies.”

With Trump at the helm, Schmidt said the GOP has become “corrupt, indecent and immoral,” with the exception of just a few Republican governors. He decried GOP leaders Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), invoking the spirit of Republican darling President Ronald Reagan, who he said would be “ashamed” of the Party for remaining complacent while “this corrupt government establishes internment camps for babies.
