Not really. Drill a hole in the container and stick a fuse in it. Put the explosives in the container. Seal the container.

The Sandy Hook shooter didn't know what he was doing and changed magazines every 8 or 9 rounds because that's how it was done in a videogame he liked. If he had carried 10 round magazines it would have made him more deadly.

My post noted the fact that there are some mentally ill people who would be dangerous with a gun.

The fact remains, most mentally ill people are non-violent.

Besides, I've heard of mentally sound people being paranoid and shooting people who were legitimately on their porch.

I don't think so. But after having worked with them (mentally ill persons as well as other professionals dealing with them), for over two decades, I do think that violences can happen to them more often and unexpectedly than to healthy people.

I believe that Olroy would not be allowed a gun he he was tested. He is truly deranged.

Funny that during hunting season, a person has to put a duck plug in their shotgun so they can't kill to many ducks in one family group; but, we don't limit assault weapon magazine capacity. Why, because it just wouldn't be right to limit mass murders' limits?
