Abortion and Republicans

My own take is sort of mean, that these people want to punish others for their own reasons.

It's about hypocrisy and ignorance. They want to control the bodies of women. They're the party of small government, but they don't wish to pay for abortion because? They'll end up paying for the mother and baby's health care, schooling, and food. Government's pay for all the social services for more people. Some young girls should not be responsible for another human when they are still children themselves.
Their philosophy of small government has no meaning. They still want to control other people's lives.

I used to believe in the idea of limited government. (Or I was taken in by their propaganda.) The Republican idea of small government only applies when it's convenient. You're right in that they are hypocrites. Their views are inconsistent and contradictory.

Great information. The claims of being for smaller government are BS and they know people won't check. Education is the key.
