How long it is advisable to wait to start date other, when he stop contact or disappear. I mean still he has not break off with you just disappear? How long should I gave him chance to reappear and give good explanation if there is any, before start date other?

Let say in the situation when he do not contact for three month, and I do not know whether he finish with me and now he is happy with other, or real something happen to him. I do not want to become selfish in a case that he real cannot contact me, but still I do not want to be idiot to wait for him and he is now happy with other. So that way I do not know how long should I wait for him?

He isn't cheating on you. You do not have a relationship.
Go and have fun with other people. IT IS NOT CHEATING. Go and enjoy yourself and forget about him.
