Hi Diane,
"Welcome" to the Wildclickers!!! lol, just teasing!! I absolutely love your signature. Now that's a really good quote.

wordworker,
Any more like me? I always said 'nothing exciting ever happens to me'. It was a great, blue sky day and I was there with a camera and the mountain was there - so we got together. No big deal. Hey, what do you want - to live forever?
Actually, I planned the shot - and went back immediately for a second shot when I thought all had not gone well with the first one.
You had to have been there in the moment.

As far as I know this is the rainforest thread.

------------------------------

Hi again, I really have to type with more than one finger! You guys are too fast for me.

Have you folks heard about the great white shark currently cruising a tide pool off Cape Cod? Here are some recent pix from the Massachusetts Department of Fisheries.

http://www.mass.gov/dfwele/dmf/marinefisheriesnotices/white_shark.htm

BTW, I don't know about y'all, but I'm still having a tough time with A2K. Half the time I can't seem to get in.

Craven warned us that access would be a bit erratic, but slowly improving. I'm not a computer person, but some of the repair tweaking involves shutting down the site to tweak in solitary splendor. By tomorrow, breakfast time, all should be running smoothly--knock on wood.

Dan: "live forever?" Not me. "I'm A Fool For The Feeling." (another song title--b.hobbs/c.parton)

An excerpt--and dedicated to the good folks who know this ain't the rehearsal-- in life.. or love.

I'm no compromiser
But if I were wiser,
I'd tell my heart to slow down.
But when you kiss me,
There's no resisting-
It's heartache or heaven bound.
So I'll just take my chances
And take it all in stride
If the road don't get a little bit rough--
How the hell do you remember the ride!?!

.....and then we wrote: "Go For It" etc. lol

This is the first time I've been able to get into this site since my last post - I'm really glad I read your post advising of the site going off and on, Noddy, or I would have been almost as confused as wordworker.

wordworker...

You have our promise that we'd never leave you without telling you first or at least leaving a bread crumb trail for you to follow. The Rainforest wouldn't be the same without you.

danon...

I thought that you, especially, would find the new Mount St. Helens Cam interesting. She's really been quite active with a new quake happening about every minute, now. We were able to watch the BIG eruption from the street in front of the house we lived in at the time.

I've e-mailed your post about Walker and Associates, Inc. to myself and will try and check that out sometime. I seem to recall you giving me some of that info once on abuzz, but I didn't copy and send it to myself, and I lost it. Typical me...

Merry Andrew...

We've also been keeping an eye on that shark. Thanks for the web link - it's got some cool photos and info on it! I saved it so I can go back and look at it more later.

Hi, Diane...

I'm glad you're here! I think I met you in a few threads on Abuzz, but anyway...Hi, again!

hey clickers
it's my first time back in for more than 20 or 30 seconds since early yesterday

don't worry, wordworker, no clicker will be left behind. I've got the e-ddresses for clickers who aren't members of the official team, but who sorta click along, as well as access to all team e-ddresses from inside the account. I was figgerin' if I hadn't been able to get into A2K by tomorrow night, it'd be time to send a group email, letting everyone know our stats, and suggesting you drop by the msn site that i keep most of my photos at - we could at least exchange greetings there.

Craven's latest bulletin makes no promises about uninterrupted access to A2K until the end of tomorrow.

Craven is a perfectionist with a half empty glass.

Hi Matrix, I do remember you from Abuzz, although I wasn't as active there as I have been here--which has also been sort of spotty--but I do love the people and the more civil nature of a2k. It's good to see you again.

WOW--the pics of Mt. Saint Helens and those of the shark in Mass are excellent. BTW, is that pond surrounded by lawyers??? Maybe the shark is looking into a new neighborhood.

Clicked today knowing that the click will be attributed to a2k--good!!

Greetings to everyone.
I felt the earthquake yesterday-- It was very mild here, quite far from the epicenter. I thought I was getting dizzy, then realized it was a quake.
We have noticed this pattern before-- long dry spell, finally a rain, then earthquakes a week or so later. Don't know if there's any real rleationship there, but we have noticed it several times over the last 30 years.

I've been clicking.

Me too!! I think most ghosts are friendly - but if not - I figure that if the ghost can touch me - I can touch the ghost. So it's a fair fight.
If the ghost can't touch me - it doesn't matter. Cool Very Happy
