Number 85 !! This is the Eightyfifth thread started by our team - AKTBird57!!

We call ourselves the Wildclickers and have been daily taking a few minutes to click FREE to save a Rain Forest tree. So far, we have saved over 60 Acres of rain forest and many other very worthwhile causes. All free.

Back when the Care2 site had the "Race for the Rain Forest" we were the Number One team in the world among thousands of teams with 12 million
people participating in the site. The Race is over - however, we are still Wildly clicking to save another tree each day. It's nice to think of a tree somewhere smiling as the destructive forces pass it by.

Please join us and help preserve rain forest! To join, click on the link below and it will take you to Care2.com. Just click on a button and somewhere in the world you'll save a lot of square feet of rain forest, prairie, wetlands and, or, many other very worthwhile things that will make our blue ball in space a better place in which to live -- you choose! Corporate sponsors show their logos when you click, and in return, they pay for the habitat saved.

Just click: http://rainforest.care2.com/welcome?w=856730509

To register for the first time, create your own Distinct Log-in name and Password. Then each time you visit the site to click you simply Log-in and click on the Rainforest button. It's that simple. The site is FREE. If you have a question, we have plenty of answers. FREE.

After clicking, feel free to post on this thread. We have the most wonderful and helpful group of people clicking here. Any time you can't
click, we can arrange for a substitute to click for you. Remember, the site is FREE and if you have questions, we have plenty of answers. FREE.

@ehBeth,
I watched the awards at the Kennedy. Great show. Good people awarded. I was holding my breath when the Mel Brooks segment aired and they highlighted "Blazing Saddles". One of the funnies from that movie would have been in very bad taste. They left it out.

ehBeth, I'm at the Sock Hop in the school gym.......... Having a great time --- bebopbebopbebopbebophophophop --- it was a small school, my senior class had 63 people graduating.

We saved more than one tree today.......... Happy Feet ------------

@ehBeth,
ehBeth, that kinda answers the question, "Why did they call it the SWING?"

The Swing Era people are the same parental group that castigated the BeBop - Hip Hop era of kids dancing --- as was THEIR parents who did the same to them and conveniently forgot the Roaring Twentys and Thirtys dances they participated in.
Ah, well. I think the kids dances today are crazy. hehehe

@alex240101,
and this end of a decade blue moon ...

The last time a decade ended on a blue moon, Napoleon Bonaparte was Saint Helena's most famous resident in 1819.

I'm a howler --- Owouuuuuuuuuuu huuu huuuu huuuoooooow!!!

That's as close as I can get to spelling a howl --- it's sort of like trying to spell that sound that rednecks make when talking to their hounddogs - "Aaanghh". ((As in stop doing what you are doing, or, don't do that.)) I double dog dare Webster to add THAT one to their dictionary. Big Grin
