I happen to be fluent in internet Arabic, and I believe that statement roughly translates to something about humped animals farting on body hair.

Cav. almost right. It's humped animals pissing on body hair.

O, you guys, you both missed the nuance all together. It's specific and says two-humped animals urinating in zig zags over tufts of billowing bodily hair. That's what you get from trying to read it through Google!

Honestly, though, Abu, I await your help.

"And if he says for them, you believe as the people believed that said that believe as the fools believed so they are the fools and...."

and here is my reply:

Are you sure it doesn't say
