My wife tells me she is in love with my friend who lives in our house he is very sick and much older than us she has been taking care of him I caught them together the night before thanksgiving she says she loves me and she wants to work it out but she won't leave him she says she needs him to I can't leave I have two kids and I still love her

This guy needs to get out of your home. I don't care how sick he is; it's causing disruption in your family. Sorry if that's harsh, but the center cannot hold.

Jes is right. Your friend has to leave your home.
If your wife chooses to go with him, so be it. You and the children stay in the home while your wife sorts her life out.
