It's interesting to notice than no one picked Japan or Ukraine.

I like the idea of posting the optimum prediction. Could you add the score it would have received?

Thanks.

Hmmm, we all seem to get to be more what we were in the first place, in terms of ranking..
Born to be seventh... (though I am sure Craven will ace me out).

Optimum picks would have gotten 503 points, as of end of August 20.

Group A: China, USA Men
Group B: Japan, Australia, South Korea
Group C: Hungary, Poland, Belarus, Ethiopia, Bulgaria
Group D: Slovakia, Turkey, Thailand, South Africa*, Zimbabwe* (or Austria*)

I expected to see misses in Group D, but it's hard to believe so many of us missed Group B so badly (at least for now).

* Tied with 9 points.

well, at least I am a bit relaxed now when Croatia started to be competitive Smile Too many members picked us, I don't want to be chased after Olympics Smile But, now we have 4 medals, so I guess it's pretty good for D group.

Don't count on it, remember, I'm not even following the olympics this year (saw only 15 minutes of it to appease my grandma).

I haven't been following sports for a while now (all my teams fell apart, and moving between countries makes it hard to follow the sports), plus I don't have a habit of watching TV.
