OK, I have no choice. My actions are all determined by the accidental synaptic structure I was born with along with the social conditioning of this toxic American culture I was born in. Then I went back in time and influenced the writers of the US Constitution to include the totally irrational 'Right to bear arms' amendment. But what difference does it make? There is no meaning to life, what difference does it make how long anyone lives? Or if they live at all?

Sad news
Spencer Stone, one of three Americans who helped foil a terror attack on a French train in August, was stabbed in Sacramento on Wednesday night, the U.S. Air Force confirmed to NBC News.
He is in stable condition. He would not have if he had been shot.

The right to kill in self defense is universal. The issue in his case was that he shot fleeing thieves in the back, which isn't self defense. Would have been legal in Texas though.

The issue is that he had paranoid personality disorder, and thus got only convicted for manslaughter by the appeal court and not for murder as originally.

The legal issue is that you only have a right to take a life when needed due to your or others lives are at reasonable risk of either great harm or death.

People running away for the most part do not posed such a threat.

Of course if I have been on the jury and a home owner had killed a burglar he shot in the back or otherwise I would had exercise jury nullification as my feelings is that if you break into someone home while the owners are there you have no right to complain of any harm that come your way as a result.
