The report by the CDC are facts concerning black on black violence. There's not much 'outsiders' can do about them. It has to do with socio-economic and environment. Those are issues for blacks and the local governments to seek solutions.
I just wonder why you are so concentrated about black violence when 84% of violence are committed by whites.

Apparently, it's now a crime to withdraw money from your own bank account.

rapper exiting an Atlanta bank, found himself in handcuffs and on the ground with guns pointed at his head after police stopped him for making a substantial withdrawal from his account, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting.

According to Sam Benson — who goes by the stage name of “Blac Youngsta” — he had just exited a Wells Fargo branch in the upscale community of Buckhead after withdrawing $200,000 in order to buy a new car.
“I come out the bank, I see the police, I’m walking to my car, I see one of them point to my bag like ‘him,’” explained the rapper. “They come bum-rushing me at the car, put me on the ground, putting guns to my head.”

“I’m like ‘What I’d do,’” Benson continued. “A lady was like I’m not supposed to have $200,000 on me. I’m like, ‘I’m a millionaire. How can I not have $200,000 on me?’”

Benson was signed last year to the Collective Music Group label founded by rapper Yo Gotti.

A spokesperson for the Atlanta police department explained that they were responding to a call “at the request of the bank manager” before finding “that no crime had been committed.”

According to the rapper, he intended on using the money to buy a new Mercedes, stating, “Where I come from,we don’t believe in taking checks to the car lot. We take cash money.”

On Facebook, Benson posted a picture of himself in handcuffs and on the ground — surrounded by laughing police officers.

Wrong as the whole society can and does have a hell of an impact on the black community beside the so call racial police.

Beginning with the support systems offer to young black families with young children in them including the educational opportunities available to both the children and the parents.

Setting up inner cities economic culture that allow many better paths for the good lives other then the criminal one.

Going after the gangs cultures and the young men who father children and then do not take a part in their lives.

Given the high cost of keeping such a large percents of the total male black population behind bars we could funds large outreach programs and end up saving money in the end not to mention a great deal of human sufferings.

Whites far far outnumber blacks in the population and cost the society in many ways far more per person then whites happen to.

They are only 12 percents or so of the total population and yet roughly half of our prison population happen to be black for example.

So for a lot of reasons beginning with our human feelings and going on to the total cost to the whole society we should care about the welfare of our fellow citizens who happen to have black skins.

Given the federal government forms that must be full out in details for any withdraw of any amount over ten thousands dollars from a bank let along a few hundred thousands dollars there are details that are being let out of that story.

He is damn lucky that those funds was not seized where he and his lawyer would have the costly task of proving his taking that amount out in cash was not an attempt at money laundering

Strange that y0u had have two votes up in a posting that does not support aiding the black community instead of using the sad conditions now found among our black citizens as a mean of attacking the so call racist police.

We once more need to attacked the gang cultures and discouraged the idea that being a player and fathering children to women who they do not have a connection with is a sign of manhood.

Ending as must as possible the so call war on drugs and moving the drug problems into the health care system.

Sitting up other economic paths to the middle class that does not involved crime and of course offering educational and skill training to reach the goal of a middle class life

All this and more could be done using the savings from reducing the cost of the criminal justice system.

Lost of constitutional rights?

The money laundering laws had been in placed for many many decades at this point and funds in cash had been seized under them for all of that times.

The last time I remember reading about this was a case involving a grower who have a large amount of cash on him, at the airport, in order to go on a plants buying trip and who had his funds seized when some cops learn of the amount of cash he had on him.

He ended up getting his funds backs but it took a large legal bill and time to do so.

In any case, those laws had never been found unconstitutional at any level of the courts that I am aware of nor does those laws have a racial element as far as enforcement is concern.

Nor unless you are known to a bank for running a business that used a lot of cash on an ongoing base are you not going to made a lot of waves if you ask to take out such large sums in cash such as in this case twenty times the 10,000 reporting limit.

And the seizure of cash under RICO laws has been being used less prosecutors and police doing it have been put into prison for abusing it.

Why do you hate due process and love illegal search and seizure so much? Why do you hate the Bill of Rights so much?

This is not RICO and had been on the law books far far longer then RICO nor does the holder of the cash in question need to be charge with any crime as it is a civil suit against the crash not a criminal action.

In any case I know how you love to portrayed any actions of the police as done for racial reasons and this actions against the rapper would had been similar no matter the color of the man skin.

Missouri man pleads guilty to threatening blacks on school campus

A white 19-year-old Missouri man on Monday pleaded guilty to making terrorist threats to shoot black people on the campus of a state university, his attorney said.

Conner Stottlemyre, one of three Missouri men arrested in November on charges of making threats on social media about shooting people on college campuses, pleaded guilty under a deal with the Nodaway County prosecuting attorney and will serve 30 days in jail and then be on probation for five years, said his attorney Robert Sundell.

Stottlemyre was arrested in November by campus police at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, where he is a student, for threatening violence on that campus. He was arrested days after the president of the University of Missouri resigned amid protests over his handling of reports of racial abuse on campus.

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 22 at which the judge will decide whether to accept the plea deal, Sundell said. In the interim, Stottlemyre, who appeared in Nodaway County Circuit Court in Maryville, Missouri, on Monday, remains free on $10,000 bond.

Shannon Miles has been arrested and is being held on a capital murder charge over the death of Deputy Goforth. There is no evidence that the two events are related.

The protest was over the death of Sandra Bland, who had hung herself in her jail cell, just three days after her arrest in July. The group was also protesting other crimes against black people.

LOL as once more whites far far far outnumbers black citizens and yet the jail populations between blacks and whites does not reflected that fact.

With just 13 percent of the male population blacks made up 40 percent of those behind bars.

So if you are happy to pretend that the black community does not have problems with the criminal justice system so be it.

But to not care for male blacks who are ending up in the criminal justice system in such large numbers that in my state of florida one in three blacks adult males can not vote for example so be it.

Now my question to you is are you a racist to have such little caring for fellow citizens who happen to have black skins and if you are not a racist what other reasons do you have for turning your back on this population?

Doesn't matter that whites far outnumber blacks. Their violence affects more citizens. As for blacks being in prison more often, you seem ignorant of the justice system in this country. You're too ignorant on too many levels concerning violence and justice in this country. I'm otta here.

So black violence effect more people then white violence so that is why blacks are fulling up our jails out of all proportion to their share of the population?

Well blacks young men are indeed killing each other in far higher numbers then any other group in society.

Well first of all using and selling are two different crimes and drug offenses is a term that can cover both misdeeds.

Next gangs who are predominantly blacks made up the majority of low level sellers in the inner cities.
