It's really simple. If you can be friends with this girl, while she's dating someone else, no problem. If it would hurt you to see her with someone else, then delete her from your life, and move on. The most important thing to remember is that it's NEVER going to happen. If you make yourself available to her, and hang around until she "sees the light" you're in for a whole heap of hurt.
