So if two or three emails were labeled as classified in error, does that excuse the other 107 emails that were correctly labeled as classified?

Does an erroneous confidential marking on one email make it OK to disregard a correct top secret marking on another email?

@oralloy,
Why are you asking me? I have absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand.

@cicerone imposter,
Because I wanted to counter the misleading article that you linked to.

@oralloy,
You can counter all you wish. All you have to do is provide information that the Fact Check information is wrong.
You say it's misleading. Prove it.
If you can't, I'm putting you on IGNORE.

Already done. Those questions that you were wondering about completely demolished the article.

Mission accomplished.

I believe it highly probable that at some point before Novermber, Donald Trump will be caught in a spam filter.

Liberals have the strangest reactions when they are confronted with facts.

@georgeob1,

started to see strange, not obviously warranted, praise for Comey's supposed independence and integrity in the Liberal media I began to doubt even that.

Oh goodness, george. A week ago I posted a link to statements from a bunch of conservatives (perhaps a dozen) praising the integrity, intellectual or political independence, and the top-drawer perspicacity of Comie - spoken or
written months ago. Then another here pasted in all those quotes. Most (if not all) of chaps have, post-FBI finding, quite reversed the glowing nature of their own earlier statements.

Of course, and as you know, I did predict this response. I said, "Of course they'll do this. This is what they always do." Some version of, "This CAN"T BE RIGHT" or "Our best legal minds say this finding is absurd. She seems to have been let off". Or "The fix is in" (which is kind of the background theme in all of them.

And then you, as adept and purposeful as any Olympic fencing gold medal winner thrusting to the opponent's red heart, that what is most remarkably notable in our story is that those Republicans were quoted in a leftwing publication.

I mean, come on, man.

The exact reason those quotes were assembled and published was because those people, just like myself, knew exactly what was coming. Because we've seen it again and again and again.

Great idea! Then the VP could stand there, in this time of great national and party emergency which is the fault of the Clinton Machine, and step forward to bear the almost unbearable burden. "It's just who he is".

It's be amazing!

@george

But I will grant you something. That terrorist fist bump that Obama was doing? Well, the right wing had it right. It was a sign of solidarity with the terrorists and the street thugs. Clear as ******* day. But we liberals just couldn't see it.

And it is worth noting that in the last eight presidential elections, the Republicans have won the majority vote - one time.

That's a problem for the GOP. It would be cool if actual polices were advanced by the party to tempt and please voters (you know, with actual numbers and stuff) but that's not really the game at all. If a GOP-desired policy won't be popular when the specifics are nailed down, then don't nail them down. We want to win. That's the game. (Thought for a LOT of people playing, the bigger game is money in their personal bank account).

So, to win, the game changes to voter suppression, obstruction of a Dem president, constant fear and hate mongering backed by the right wing media, on-going investigations imply scandalous behavior and hidden-antiAmerican beliefs an despicable, perverse flaws in character.

It. Happens. Every. Time.

Yeah, it's weird, isn't it? They don't try to run on ideas, they just demagogue, fear-monger and spout slogans. They don't try to get more voters out, they just gerrymander and suppress. They no longer try to govern, they run against government and they use their power just to stay in office. I don't think you're necessarily a rotten amoral slug if you're republican, I just think if you're a rotten amoral slug the chances are you're a republican.

@snood,
I got disgusted with the republicans when they tried to suppress voting in Florida. It shows their true colors.
I don't know why my brother can stand being a republican.

@oralloy,
Wow... so the other 107 that were only classified as such after they were requested under the FOIA proves that you argument is complete and utter bullshit.

@parados,
I realize that the facts here are inconvenient for the Left. Facts are always inconvenient for the Left.

But just because the Left finds facts to be inconvenient does not make them untrue.

Hillary knowingly broke the rules and recklessly put top secret emails on an unsecured server. And it is very possible that foreign governments hacked that server.

That is all true and no amount of smoke and mirrors is going to change that truth.

And for what it's worth, all of the 110 emails that were marked with various forms of classification, were marked classified at the time they were sent.

President Trump will quit January 2025 when he hands the White House over to President Gingrich.

More specific delineated lies by Clinton regarding her purposeful suppression of FOIA rights of the people in this country.

@oralloy,
Just because there are facts that show Hillary had emails that were later considered classified doesn't make her guilty of a crime. The only one using smoke and mirrors here is you oralloy.

ROFLMAO...
Facts are such inconvenient things, aren't they oralloy.

Quote:
Update, July 7: Comey told Congress that three emails sent and received by Clinton had “portion markings” — a letter “C” in the body of the emails — indicating the presence of classified information. The State Department said it believes that at least two of the emails were marked in error.

So 3 emails, 2 of which were wrongly marked and a third which the State Department hasn't seen to comment on, is now 110 according to your "facts"?

Facts are such inconvenient things. So are numbers, like when 3 doesn't equal 110.
