@ohno,
But really, what does it matter? What is so damn important about this video/family phone call that you care about or that affects the country.

If she told the family that the video prompted the attack and then says that she didn't tell the family that and the family disagrees.....why is this so important to the future of the country?

Maybe she really thinks that the video caused the attack but can't prove it or maybe she told the family something IN PRIVATE like "the evidence leads us to think the video caused the attack" but in public she can't make a statement like that and has to deny it. I have ZERO problem with any situation like that.

At my job I sometimes tell employees things in private that I would deny outright if challenged on it in public.

@ohno,
Sure. That must by why the same family members you are claiming to defend have said to stop using their dead sons as a political weapon.

Quote:
Reached by phone, Mary Commanday, Stevens’ mother, was furious. “I think it’s a terrible idea and if I could sue him I would,” said Commanday, who lives near Oakland, Calif. She watched the debate but only learned of the commercial after a Post reporter described it to her. “It’s an insult to someone who is dead. I think it’s a wrong use for the reputation of my son.”

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/checkpoint/wp/2015/10/14/the-anti-hillary-clinton-ad-thats-angering-some-family-members-of-benghazi-victims/

I guess Ambassador Stevens' mom hates America just like Ambassador Stevens did.

Then there is Doherty's mother...
Quote:
Barbara Doherty, 81, was equally irate. “It’s horrifying,” she said. “I am so upset they’d have my son talking from the grave, saying don’t vote for this person. He wasn’t political. He would never have done something like this.”

And Wood's mother..
Quote:
Cheryl Croft Bennett, Woods’ mother, said she wishes someone from StopHillaryPac would have at least notified her before it ran or at least asked for her blessing. “Why does this kind of advertisement have to be out there? It’s hurtful. I don’t care what side of the political fence you’re on. How would you feel if this was your dead child, and it was done without your permission? How would these people [at StopHillaryPac] feel if their lost child was put in a political advertisement?”

They may not love America in your opinion but you certainly don't have any decency or consideration for the families of those that have died in the service of the country.

@georgeob1,
Quote georgeob1:

Fewer people are working and average wages are down.

I followed by showing that Millions of more people are working Full Time than before Obama took office. So what does george say?

Quote georgeob1:

The data which you posted claiming that "more people are working full time jobs than ever" is hardly persuasive. Examine the table you posted.

Well, george, I kind of assumed that a chart showing that Millions more people working Full time jobs now than when Obama first took over would suffice to refute your contention that "Fewer people are working and average wages are down." Somehow, you are holding out hope that a chart will be produced that shows that even though there are Millions more working Full Time jobs since before Obama took office, there might still be fewer total jobs than then. Why you think this is possible, I can't imagine. But you are a conservative, so your thinking processes are not easily deciphered. However, since you insisted, here is the ten year chart showing that Millions more are working jobs now than then. Sorry to dash your hopes, george, but more people are working, not fewer. And that is not a matter of interpretation. That is simply fact.

Funny how you answer now. If this is what you want then Hillary better drop her term as SOS as viable experience. She exploits every death daily.

And it doesn't change the fact she lied.

@ohno,
I shouldn't have answered because your kind if idiocy doesn't deserve to be answered. I only did it to point out your "patriotism" is nothing more than personal opportunism at the expense of others and their grief. What your are doing and saying has nothing to do with love of country.

Hillary's term as Secretary of State was for more than the 3 hours in which 2 attacks took place in Benghazi. But you seem to be unable to think or respect others for what they have done, including respect for those that died in Benghazi. In comparison to you Hillary looks downright compassionate.

That 'more people working full time jobs than ever" statistic is completely meaningless and is only used as a means to muddy the waters.

This is what you get for trusting conservatives to be able to think. I posted the chart showing Millions more are working Full Time jobs now than before Obama took office, and you and george are all upset that I didn't post a chart showing total jobs, instead of Full Time jobs.

Apparently conservatives think that while Millions more people are now working Full Time jobs than then, there still are fewer people working jobs since then. Which is far fetched. And wrong. Here is a chart showing Millions more people working jobs since before Obama took office.

Therefore georgeob1 is wrong when he posted, "Fewer people are working and average wages are down."

It's like pulling teeth with you folks. Neutral

Someone who supports Hillary shouldn't call anyone an idiot. And is this the lefts "i am smarter than you bit". Try that on somebody else.

Hillary is amoral, a drunk, and a power mad global elitist. And you are a pawn who she would not piss on if you were on fire.

@georgeob1,
Quote georgeob1:

By the way, in addition to the first half of that statement, the second half is also wrong. Median weekly earnings are UP, not down. Observe the chart which shows median weekly earnings for the last 10 years in constant 1982-84 dollars, which accounts for inflation. They have improved since the last quarter of Bush's tern-even though periods of large layoffs produce rises in median income, (since the newer, lesser paid workers get laid off first, leaving only the older, better paid workers' earnings to be counted.

By the way, $345 in 1982-84 = $820 today.

@ohno,
The funny thing about you ohno is that your "I'm a patriot and you aren't" argument is nothing more than a childish, "My dick's bigger than yours" statement.

By the way. Hillary's dick is bigger than yours. Wink

@Blickers,
Then how do you explain this article:
http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/10/09/for-most-workers-real-wages-have-barely-budged-for-decades/

http://www.pewresearch.org/files/2014/10/Wage_stagnation2.png

And your comment "since the newer, lesser paid workers get laid off first, leaving only the older, better paid workers' earnings to be counted" runs COMPLETELY counter to what common sense would tell you and counter to what my business does when it chooses to lay off people. The older, better paid workers are the FIRST to go during layoffs. Absolutely the first.
