Where does the US Constitution say you can't have a criminal record? Again you fail the easy test you are demanding others take before they can vote.

You claimed the US is not a Democracy and then posted a link which states the US is both a democracy and a republic as support for your idiotic claim.
You have argued the US Constitution says criminals can't vote.
It's funny how you argue about how we are a Republic and not a democracy. Let me list a few other countries that were Republics and not democracies -
The Third Reich, The People's Republic of China, The Republic of North Korea, the Republic of Iraq under Sadaam, the Italian Social Republic under Mussolini.
It seems you would prefer the US be a republic more like the countries in that list as you restrict who can vote and want to require that everyone carry papers.
