You seem to be of the opinion that your drink driving laws are working in that drink driving isn't increasing, then you change your demands to zero deaths.

You're being ridiculous. What you're trying to say is that if courts are to be allowed to deal with drink driving the same should be the case for gun legislation, but it's false. Mass shootings are on the rise, not drink driving so those are the laws that need to change.
