I cannot talk about pounds, because I lost some muscle volume and gained fat. As a matter of fact, I weight 12 pounds less than year ago. But my shape is worse.

exactly! Western Slavs make Polish, Slovaks, and Czechs. For the sake of my anonymity I wanted to keep my personal info rather blurry.

Yes, we are bad, ferocious, vulgar, beer and brandy soaking. kurwa swearing mongols who on the other hand are economically most progressive of all Slavs and generally very nice people if you don't differ from us too much . And you must love beer. Don't go into our countries if you are abstinent .

well, as a matter of fact in our region weight is very sensitive issue when you are young. I don't know how about older generation ( I am middle 20 something) but for 20-30 years old people physical appearance and particularly good health is important. Both males and females, but females mostly. But we are not as much obsessed with good shape as Brazilians for instance, because despite them we have jobs and working economy
