Yep. There's still technically a war going on, so they can still put you in jail for saying anything pro-North. Just a couple of weeks ago, they arrested two women (one Korean-American) for saying what was interpreted as praise of the North's regime. Also, they recently outlawed a pro-Left political party.
Koreans have to register with their national ID# to use the local portals, which are policed by censors. No 'net anonymity here. People are jailed every year for **** they say online. Pro-North sentiments, slander, defamation of the Prez, etc.
