.jpg or .gif will both work.
So, when i try to post a picture, i dont have to keep the ending of the URL so long as it has reached the description of the picture? Is that the part I am not getting?
The extra stuff after .jpg or .gif is "AOL only code" that confuses other programs. Just erase the stuff after .jpg (or .gif) and it should work fine... as long as the website that's hosting the picture doesn't stop you. You can practice this yourself by hitting edit on your post that didn't work, and removing the extra code (the same way I did). Enjoy!
...or .png?

Yeah - or .png - but they aren't very common...so no need to confuse.
Welcome to A2K btw :d
Hi everyone and thank you Jer for directing me here. Congrats to all who have quit the nasty cancer sticks.
I am proud to inform everyone that I quit as well. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow, so I still have my moments, but I'm determined to beat this thing.
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's awesome girl! We were due for some fresh blood in here! You are going to love it! Read through this thread during moments of weakness and let us know when you need support! These people are the bomb! Worked for a bunch of us already!
Go Montana!
Woo hoo Montana!!! Way to go. And here's the weekend gold stars for Jer, Obill, Kristie, and MONTANA!!! Shewolf and Smog, when you set your quit date, let us know. Has anybody heard from Heeven?
well its nine months since i smoked my last fat one
but everyone i know still smokes, so i get high off the fumes....
Thank yee, thank yee! Takes a bow :-)
I started my own thread telling everyone that I quit, but there are much more people here. Looks like there are a bunch of us who have decided we had enough and that is way cool. Keep up the good work everyone :-D
Philip Morris, eat your heart out!
Kudos Col Man. It is doubly tough when you have to live or work with smokers when you're trying to quit. My hubby, bless his heart, did it though. He quit a full two years before I did.
I would imagine that living with a smoker would be torture. Fortunately, my mom, who also smoked, quit the same day I did. We did it as a team and so far we've both made it through.
That's awesome Montana. I live alone... and became a shut in to accomplish the deed. That personal partnership team effort sounds like it's working... but remember you have to succeed even if she fails (or vice versa)!
Rock On Montana!
I agree Bill. Mom actually seems to be doing better than I am though, so it's only me I'm worried about at the moment. Well, I'm not worried, but I'm still not over the hump yet.
Thanks Bill ;-)

Camel cigarettes didn't put a picture of a camel on the package for nothing. But you can make it over that or any hump cause you are strong!

You can do it, Montana. Just keep thinking about all those years you want to spend with your son.
I'm still truckin :-D
Thanks you guys ;-)
All props to your girl! It should be starting to get a little easier soon, if it hasn't already!
