Took a ride down the beach and shouted at the storm. The ocean was beautiful, but you could see it was starting to get angry. Naturally, there's news crews out there from all over the state, as if there's any news there yet. All in all; nice ride. Thanks for the suggestion! :cool:

My son and daughter-in-law are selling their Union City, California home this month and are moving to Florida in October. They are looking for a home in New Tampa.

Safe and sound here folks. Here happens to be Wisconsin as of last night. Power has been out since storm. I gave up and decided to get out of dodge. Florida is hot without electricity. Pretty wicked property damage around the condo, wind even blew some cars sideways. No damage to me, or the interior of my home. Also it sunk most of the boats that are visible from my balcony (like 50 of them!).

I hope Panzade is okay. I would be surprised if he had power though, so don't anyone start freaking out just yet.

I have a ton of stuff to catch up on, plus since I'm in WI everyone wants to party, so I'll fill you all in more later... Just wanted to check in. Thanks to all for caring!

Wicked indeed... but a sissy storm, wind-wise, compared to this Ivan. Don't anyone try to ride out a Cat 5 if it's coming at you, please. That really is the finger of God (and I'm agnostic ). Pay attention!
