@izzythepush,
Sorry if grown women can lied about how they had gotten pregnant I see no reason to assume that a 13 years old would not do so also.

At least the word of anyone alone should not be good enough to killed by torture another human being.

The New York paralegal who was a groupie of a local newscaster and after setting up a sexual encounter found she has pregnancy and with a live in boyfriend who could not father children cry rape if memory serve me correctly.

The we have the case of a husband in Texas who came across his wife having sex in the back of a pick-up truck and she also cried rape. Sadly the husband thinking she was indeed being rape killer the man.

As grown women will sometimes act in this manner I find it amusing that your think that a 13 years old with a lot let judgment would not do the same thing under pressure and are so sure of that that death by torture can be excused on a child word alone.

To sum up you are one sick SOB.

Patrick Witt, the former Yale quarterback at the center of a highly covered 2012 sexual assault scandal, is back in print. Witt wrote an op-ed for the Boston Globe on Monday deploring Harvard’s new sexual harassment policy, which resembles Yale’s in its “informal complaint” option: At both schools, students can file unofficial, secret accusations with a group of university staff. At Yale, this triggers a procedure that entails (per Yale’s website) “limited or no investigation” and results in measures like “a warning conversation with the respondent, a no-contact agreement, a recommendation for counseling, a change in housing, etc.”

Three years ago, Witt became a press darling when he announced his decision to miss his Rhodes Scholarship interview in order to lead the Yale Bulldogs against Harvard at the annual Harvard-Yale football game, which took place on Nov. 19. Months later, the New York Times published a story revealing that someone had filed an informal sexual harassment complaint against Witt in September, and that news of the allegations had leaked to the Rhodes Trust, which suspended Witt’s candidacy pending another letter of endorsement from Yale (one they may or may not have been willing to write). The Times reporter and many others—hi—concluded that Witt had actually turned down the interview because he knew his chances of gaining the Rhodes had significantly dimmed due to the complaint. At the time, I wrote that perhaps playing in The Game was Witt’s way of re-establishing control over his story, of reframing a potential disgrace as a heroic sacrifice. (Other reporters were also unimpressed by the QB’s membership in a notoriously misogynistic frat house and by his two arrests, one for entering a co-ed dorm drunk after hours, going upstairs without an escort, and shoving a student guard who tried to kick him out.)

After the lash came the backlash, which rightly pointed out that Witt was innocent until proven guilty. (And because of Yale’s informal complaint system, he wasn’t going to be proven anything.)
.
.
.
Despite all the inconsistencies in Witt’s story, he’s right. He is right that “by giving to unsubstantiated accusations the confoundingly difficult-to-define title of ‘informal complaint,’ ” Yale plunged him under a cloud of suspicion he couldn’t dispel. He is right that “denying accused students an opportunity to clear their names” is unjust, “detached from the most basic elements of fairness and due process.” Everything Witt says about the power of these sub rosa systems to humiliate and handicap possibly innocent young men is correct—and perhaps that’s why 28 Harvard Law professors have inscribed their own objections to the new policy into the public record.
Actually, Witt’s fishy article makes his point far better than he knows. In addition to abusing students who can’t count on an investigation to shake the ignominy from their names, these sexual assault policies deny everyone the certainty that would preclude a piece like this from being written.

If this actually happened we should be outraged. This is exactly the kind of thing that the Constitution was written to protect us from. And dont tell me " that document only talks about state actions, the standards outlined are intended to spread far and wide into this society.

The state prosecuted mentally ill persons all the time as the standard for not being prosecuted is being so ill that the person does not know right from wrong not that the person have some mental issues.

Hell if we did not prosecuted people with mental problems we would be freeing one hell of a lot of men who have raped women for example.

@BillRM,
One part of bi-polar disease is that you have trouble from day to day dealing with issues and being able to recall things, you are in a confused state. So they shouldn't have prosecuted her for not giving consistent facts when she reported being raped. Not to mention, people who have just been raped, are in a confused state even without having bi-polar disease.

If a man with documented or diagnosed mental problems is charged with rape, I would hope they take that into consideration and treat the person for it while in prison.

I personally think mental issues are way under looked in the justice system.

An they could treat this woman when in prison also as having mental problems have never been a get out of jail free card.

@Kolyo,
Quote:
I will point one thing out, though, to Bill and others: IF it is indeed the case the 1 in 5 women gets raped, it does NOT follow from that that 1 in 5 men must be a rapist. If you have a co-ed frat house full of 20 men and 20 women, and if one guy date-rapes 4 women, then you'll have a situation where 1 in 5 women has been raped, but where only 1 in 20 men is a rapist.

You are quite right, Kolyo. And it's actually BillRM who regards most men as sexual predators which is why he invariably blames victims for their own rapes--they didn't take enough precautions to protect themselves from these sexual predators which he knows are everywhere, and so no man can be trusted because "men should not have to be the guardians of women".

Most men, at least 92%, are not sexual predators or rapists, or potential sexual predators or rapists, and there is no reason for anyone to assume that they are. I certainly don't.

Sexual assault/rape tends to be a repeated offense. The facts are that most rapes are committed by a very small percentage of serial predators, who commit an average of 6 rapes each. That's what drives the rape statistics up.

This man, convicted of raping two women during dates with them, was just sentenced this morning. The first woman he raped, I believe, did not report the rape when it occurred 5 years ago, but came forward after he was arrested for the second rape. He was convicted after a jury trial because his accusers were believed. He is precisely the type of serial rapist who drives those rape statistics up, particularly for date and acquaintance rapes, and who should be stopped and prosecuted as early as possible.

Convicted Del Mar rapist Sean Patrick Banks sentenced
City News Service
Nov 7, 2014

EL CAJON, Calif. - A former Del Mar man convicted of raping two women, including one he met on the Christian dating website ChristianMingle.com., has been sentenced to 37 years to life in prison.

Sean Patrick Banks, 39, was convicted in June of raping a La Mesa woman in her apartment after they met on ChristianMingle.com in November 2012 and raping another woman he met on Match.com in 2009.

Prior to the sentencing, Banks said if the victim would take a polygraph test -- and pass it -- his attorney would not file an appeal.

The judge admonished Banks, calling him "arrogant."

One of the victims, a woman named "KK," spoke to the court and addressed Banks.

"I want Sean and his family to know that I pray for him every day. I pray that he realizes what he did was wrong. I pray that he understands how terrible this has been for me, and I pray that he realizes that he is not smarter than the law and he can't just hurt people and get away with it with no punishment," she said.

After the verdict, Deputy District Attorney David Williams III called Banks a "very dangerous Internet predator" who talked about Jesus and the Bible with the woman he met through ChristianMingle.com before going to her apartment.

The woman Banks met on Match.com said he forced her to have sex after they had dinner and drinks at a La Jolla restaurant.

Defense attorney Brian J. White said the case involved "consent given" and "consent withdrawn," telling the jury that when the victims told Banks to stop his sexual advances, he did.

Banks' attorney said he would appeal the case based on evidence that was not presented during the trial.

It wouldn't surprise me, given his pattern, if this man has committed even more sexual assaults/rapes on women who never reported them or came forward.

HERE YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH A FORKED TONGUE, DEMONIZING BILL AND SPINNING THE CONTEXT TO SUITE YOUR INSANITY BECAUSE YOU ARE SUCH A **** UP IN THIS WORLD, THAT ALL YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR LIFE IS CHAIN YOURSELF TO PROPAGANDA AND FIGHT FOR ONE OF THE TWO GREAT EVILS. YOU GAVE UP ON HUMANITY - HONESTY - INTEGRITY - YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A DISGUSTING VAT OF PITH THAT IS MINDLESS AND HEARTLESS. HOW DARE YOU ACCUSE BILL OF THESE THINGS WHEN BILL IS -AGAINST- IT AND REPEATEDLY SAID IT. YOU ARE AS FULL OF YOURSELF AS YOU ARE HOLLOW!

THIS IS NOT A PLAYGROUND FOR KIDS TO ACCUSE EACH OTHER OF THINGS.

BILL CARES MORE ABOUT WOMEN MORE THAN YOU DO - ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS GETTING PEOPLE ON YOUR SIDE - ALL BILL CARES ABOUT IS THE DISCUSSION RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF YOU!

REMEMBER, YOU IGNORED MY QUESTIONS BECAUSE YOU KNEW I WAS RIGHT WHEN I CALLED YOU OUT FOR YOUR HYPOCRISY AND INSANITY - I CALLED YOU OUT FOR CHOOSING PROPAGANDA OVER YOUR OWN PEOPLE. NOW, YOU ARE REDUCING YOURSELF TO DEMONIZING INNOCENT PEOPLE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO REVEAL YOUR EVIL!

That is probably one of the most repulsive things you've said. A 13 year old girl is just a child, barely into puberty. And I can see no reason why she would lie about who raped her.

To compare a child with a woman having sex in the back of a truck shows how warped and twisted your arachnidian mind is.

You see "no reason",

because YOU ARE NOT A PERSON OF REASON.

Just like a little girl says "he touched me in my no no" and the mother says "nonsense, he would do no such thing" BECAUSE OF FEAR, IRRESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCE.

EVERYTHING THAT YOU ARE CONSUMED BY.

HENCE WHY YOU CHOOSE PROPAGANDA, FEAR TACTICS AND EMOTIONAL DRAMA OVER PEOPLE AND REALITY - YOU ARE SICK - GET HELP.

Face it, bro. People care more about their fantasies than they do about this reality that truly affects us all in a way that causes pain and suffering.

I can think of lots of reasons a sexually active 13 yo would lie about both the consent around the sex and who she had sex with. And some are active at this age.

While I dont know that she lied about it my cousin got pregnant on purpose at 14, to get out of the house. "children, barely into puberty" can look much older as I know because I have seen some that I would peg for 17/18, and they sometimes make sexual choices as if they are full grown women. I have a feeling that Izzy's kids know that they better not admit to being sexual untill they are well unto their 20's, that they have decided that what he dies not know will not hurt him.

LOL as Hawkeye had stated there are more then one reason why she would lied beginning by her having sexual relationships behind her father back with someone she care about.

When being face with the question of how the hell did your become pregnant by her father she got out of any blame on herself by claiming she was rape and she also protected her lover by claiming it was the renter who was the rapist.

Surely there is enough question of if she was lying to keep a sane man from killing by torture the man she pointed a finger at.

Females of all ages had done similar things and will continue to do so to the end of time.

That why we have police train to investigated such charges and do not allow outraged fathers to killed someone who have a finger pointed at them.

Except they are not "full grown women", a 13 year old is a child, which is why they cannot legally consent.

But these rapes of minor female children, like the rapes of extremely elderly women, also contribute to the rape statistics which cite the number of women raped over the course of their lifetime as 1 in 6.

I recently posted two recent news stories in this thread, one about the rape of a 91 year old, and the other about the rape of a 100 year old woman, both in their own homes. There seems to be no age limit, either too young, or too old, when a female is free from the danger of being raped.

someday you are going to tell us I hope why you are on this hobby horse of old women being raped. It is a very rare event, in a discussion of sexual assault it warrants no more than a passing mention.

since the state insists that only its opinion counts, and since it has police/courts/jails enough to get its way by force, you can drop the word "legally".

Hawk,

ANY rape is important.

Please get your head straight so you don't let the headless win against someone who just doesn't have their head on all the way.

PLEASE, hawk. This is SERIOUS.

Don't leave me here to fend for myself against propagandized sheep.

See? they down voted me because they know I am right and they don't respond to me because they are cowards that know I am right. The difference is, people actually argued your stupid points, Hawk. Nobody argued my inarguable points like saying something IN DETAIL, instead of just slapping on a label.

By the way, anyone that down votes you when you say "ANY rape is important", that's when the down voter is an insipid tool.

To say nothing of the little problem when you have two minors both being below the legal age of consent having sex.

Kind of hard to charge the male child due to him being the male with statutory rape of his underage female partner but I bet that Firefly would love to find a way to do so.

As in Firefly universe it is always the male that should be punish no matter what the age for having sex outside the legal parameters.

No, it's not really that rare an event, these stories pop up in the news with fairly good frequency, and when women in their 90's, and a 100 year old woman, get raped, it is worthy of "more than a passing mention". These women are raped for the same reasons younger women are generally raped--they are vulnerable targets--and they contribute to the rape statistics as much as the rapes of younger women do.

And, when women in the age range of great-grandmothers are getting raped, it shoots to hell your theories about why rapes occur, and what rape is all about, which is why, I think, you prefer to dismiss or ignore them.

I don't think they are harming anyone with a T-shirt that says, "I bathe in men's tears". If you're really such a believer in free speech, and freedom of expression, you should accept their right to do that.

Whenever someone makes light of the suffering of an entire group of people, that is bigotry. Period. You can't backpedal from this firefly; you are a bigot. Your bigotry is out in the open in the form of these quotes for everyone to see. You can't hide from it. I've bookmarked it, and I'll re-quote it everytime I catch you up on your high horse in the future.

I do believe in freedom of speech. I'm not trying to suppress theirs. I'm simply using my freedom of speech to point out obvious bigotry.

But let's play devil's advocate for a moment. If you see nothing wrong with making light of an entire group's suffering, and you believe that others shouldn't be allowed to use their freedom of speech to criticise that bigotry, then you are by default saying that's Ok for people to walk around wearing t-shirts that say:

~I bathe in Muslim tears
~I bathe in faggot tears
~I bathe spic tears
~I bathe in Jew tears
~I bathe in nigger tears
~I bathe in rape victim tears

By default through your justifications, you are condoning that^

What you're also doing is removing your own right to criticise people like hawkeye and Bill when they disagree with you in regards to rape issues. Because remember, the person who says something that others disagree with (according to you) is merely expressing their freedom of speech and should not be criticised back (according to you), because they could just be being "ironic".

ANYONE who claims that they are an "Ironic Misandrist" is no different than someone who claims that they're an "Ironic Racist". It's a copout designed to allow that person the say and do horrible things, and if anyone calls them out on it they can shrug their shoulders and claim that it's all in good fun.

These kinds of people are sociopaths, and that's what you are firefly.

There is NO such thing as "Ironic hatred". But since you think so, then you shouldn't have ANY qualms with for instance people making fun of female rape victims. Because that is freedom of speech too!

Firefly is the bigot!
