I agree with you that women agreeing to gang bangs and then denying it..claiming rape...the next day when they find out how much their family and friends disapprove is ridiculous. It also is not rare.

@hawkeye10,
Wow, how does it feel to be a walking hunk of stupid. The only women I have ever heard about agreeing to gang rape are the ones who get paid for it. Or those porn flicks for sick turds like you. Never in a million years did I think it would be possible to create a new perversion fantasy for you.

Let me be perfectly clear, I DON'T think women settle bets by allowing someone to drug them into oblivion in order to NOT enjoy the delights of gang rape. But you just pretended I think that sick **** is real. And you do it because you hope that if that perverted sick bullshit is repeated often enough the entire country would become a cesspool like your sorry ass.

Odd using the term gang rape for the voluntarily taking part in group sex.

As far as never hearing about it see the strange case of the Canadian young lady who was filmed at a rave having group sex.

Seems once the video was seen by her father and others it became a "gang drug rape" and when her classmates who knew her kept stating that she was not a rape victim it was just another case of blaming and shaming the victim.

The only problem was that the one man who the police ID and charge with the crime of rape was on security film, shortly afterward at a fast food place with a fully aware "victim" interacting is a friendly manner with him.

All charges but for the man who took the film of the event was drop and the investigation of this so call gang rape ended.

Super display of Puritanism, you know, that dubious school of thought that has almost single handedly ruined the sex lives of Americans since the beginning. And the consistent lack of good fuckings has led to an over population of uptight unimaginative superficial assholes.

Would you care for me to list some cases where there is no question that a woman agree to group sex and then when her doing so came out that she then and only then decided to cry rape?

Take note that the young woman in the example below was never charge with a crime for trying to ruin innocent young men lives with a charge of gang rape.

http://nypost.com/2009/09/18/twisted-motive-behind-rape-story/

The Hofstra freshman who had a raunchy restroom romp and then cried rape made up the twisted tale because she didn’t want her schoolmates — particularly her new boyfriend — to think she was easy, the beau told The Post yesterday.
“I think she needs a psychologist. She probably felt like, ‘They’ll think I’m a slut,’ ” her boyfriend, who asked not to be identified, told The Post.
Danmell Ndonye, 18, who had accused five men of gang rape, admitted the truth only when prosecutors confronted her after learning of a cellphone video that captured the whole sordid episode and showed she had willingly participated, officials said.
She created her outlandish tale when her boyfriend, a Hofstra student who’s been dating her since the semester began a few weeks ago, demanded to know where she had disappeared after a wild frat party early Sunday.
The two had been dancing together at the Alpha Kappa Alpha mixer at the school’s on-campus club, Hofstra USA, but got separated when a fight broke out.
The boyfriend said he called her repeatedly, but she didn’t answer her cellphone, so he went to her seventh-floor dorm room at Estabrook Hall. Moments later she appeared.
“As I was about to leave, she comes up and she has no shoes on, she is holding them in her hands. She looked like she just finished hot sex,” he said. “I said, ‘Where were you? What were you doing?’ She told me, ‘Nothing.’ I said, ‘What do you mean, nothing?’ ”
Ndonye then dropped a bombshell.
“I said, ‘Don’t lie to me, what’s going on?’ And she said, ‘Oh, I just got raped,’ ” he said.
“It didn’t seem real to me. She was calm,” he continued. “Then she started crying and saying, ‘I was raped.’ She lied to me. I think she was embarrassed. I said to her, ‘You have to call public safety.’ She hesitated. It seemed like she didn’t want to.”
She then tried to backpedal.
“Oh, you know, no, it’s OK,” she told him, but he was incredulous.
“How could it be OK that you just got raped?” the boyfriend said.
So she relented — and a four-day nightmare began for four innocent men: Stalin Felipe, 19, his stepbrother, Kevin Taveras, 20, Jesus Ortiz, 19, and 21-year-old Rondell Bedward, a Hofstra senior who had invited the others to the party.
Cops also hunted for a fifth man, who has not been publicly identified.
The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office said Ndonye had sex with all five of the men, although Felipe, Ortiz and Bedward insist they didn’t have sex with her. Several used condoms were found at the scene, sources said.
Publicly branded as rapists, the men said they were hounded as the lowest type of criminal in prison and feared for their lives.
“They were harassing me more than anybody else, just because of what I was in there for,” Felipe said. “[The guards] were badgering me. They would push me and shove me.
“I thought I was dreaming. The worst part was hearing that I could do 25 years. I’m not even 25 years old. I’m just 19.”
Ortiz was forced to ask for protective custody, because “the inmates were referring to him as the rapist,” his lawyer Carlos Cruz said.
“In school, they are calling my daughter the sister of the raper,” said Taveras’ father, Ramiro, 43. “Unfortunately, everything doesn’t stop because the DA says go home and drops the charges.”
The father also said his son had received a letter from his employer, Cablevision, telling him he had been fired. But late last night, a Cablevision spokesman told The Post he would be reinstated.
The suspects’ redemption came only when Felipe’s cousin told authorities that the fifth man had taped the sex romp and that it would clear them all.
Even though they had not seen the video, prosecutors asked Ndonye about it and whether it would back her version of events, and her story crumbled.
“The young woman admitted that all of the encounters with the young men were consensual,” Nassau DA Kathleen Rice said. “A crime did not happen last Sunday at Hofstra.”
Prosecutors moved quickly to drop the charges, and the men were freed late Wednesday.
Rice said Ndonye could be charged for filing a false report.
“She is a very troubled young woman in need of much help,” she said.
Ndonye went into hiding yesterday.
At Hofstra, school officials moved quickly to reinstate Bedward, who had been suspended following the allegations. They also suspended Ndonye, and sources said she and her family cleared out her dorm room.
Lawyers for Taveras and Ortiz said they were considering filing a lawsuit, but Felipe said he was willing to forgive Ndonye.

@hawkeye10,
Hawkeye I needed to hired a live in care giver to help me take care of my mother in her last days as my wife was not available to do so.

Just by the luck of the draw I ended up with a good looking 30 years old young woman who did an outstanding job of helping me provide the 24 hours care my mother was in need of in her last months.

As frankly she is very nice to look at and an outstanding worker we reached an agreement after my mother passing that she would stay on for a few more months and help me get my mother home ready to be rented out.

In any case, a few days ago we was joking around and when she threaten to hit me as part of that joking, I told her that in the state of Florida it is a felony to assault anyone over 65 years old.

Her reply was that she would just tell the judge that I was a dirty old man and she needed to defend her honor.

Now this was just joking around by both of us and I am not a bit worry concerning her placing false charges, however it does tend to show how women tend to think.

Ya, the problem with systemic inequality is that the individuals who can take advantage of it for personal gain usually will. When the feminist/government cooperative sets up systems that normalize the abuse of men, and then encourages women to use them, they know that women often will do so.

http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/09/us/jameis-winston-counter-lawsuit/

(CNN)Jameis Winston is not letting the lawsuit against him pass.

Instead, the former Florida State University quarterback-turned-top NFL draft pick has fired back against the woman who accused him of rape.

Weeks after ex-FSU student Erica Kinsman filed a lawsuit against him, Winston responded with a counterclaim filed Friday in a Florida court asking for a jury trial. His lawsuit claims Kinsman had consensual sexual relations with Winston, subsequently lied about it repeatedly, publicly tarnished his image and demanded $7 million in order to drop her case.

"She has mounted a false and vicious media campaign to vilify Mr. Winston with the objective of getting him to pay her to go away," states the Heisman Trophy winner's lawsuit. "Ms. Kinsman is motivated by the most insidious objectives -- greed."

John Clune, who is Kinsman's lawyer, responded by saying Winston's "counterclaims put all of his prior misconduct and background front and center in the case by alleging injury to his 'good reputation.'

"The burden of proof is now on him," Clune said. "Refusing to answer questions and smearing people in the media aren't going to fly here. I'm not sure how well that will end up for him in this case."

Accuser claimed she was drugged, raped
Few have experienced the highs that Winston has as a football player.

In the 2013 season, his first as Florida State's quarterback, he won the Heisman -- recognition as college football's top player -- while leading the Seminoles to an undefeated season and a national championship. His team was a semifinalist this past season, and Winston was picked first overall -- by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- in the recent NFL Draft.

Still, these exploits have been clouded by accusations of immaturity and worse, including the allegation -- for which Winston was never charged -- that he raped Kinsman in December 2012.

At the time of the alleged incident, Winston was a top recruit for Florida State but not yet playing on the team.

In a lawsuit filed last month, Kinsman alleges sexual battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She also sued the university in January.

CNN doesn't normally identify the alleged victims of sexual assault; however, Kinsman revealed her name this year in a documentary about rape on college campuses.

According to police documents, Kinsman claimed that Winston raped her after she had been drinking with friends at a bar in Tallahassee. She said an unknown man gave her a shot glass of liquid before they left the bar.

Kinsman also said she did not remember much of what happened next but that she remembered being in a ground-floor apartment, where Winston took off her clothes and had sex with her despite her objections, according to police documents.

She reported the alleged assault to FSU campus police that night. A month later, in January 2013, she told Tallahassee police that Winston was the attacker. In December 2013, a state attorney announced that investigators did not have probable cause to arrest Winston.

Winston's counterclaim, filed Friday, graphically spells out his version of what happened over 63 pages.

Its opening line may be the most important: "Jameis Winston did not rape Erica Kinsman."

Counterclaim: 'Ms. Kinsman is lying'
The football player's lawsuit goes on to accuse Kinsman of offering "different and inconsistent accounts of her sexual encounter with Mr. Winston." It notes six inquiries into her case -- including those pursued by Tallahassee police, the local prosecutor and Florida State -- "all considered Ms. Kinsman's story and rejected it."

FSU hearing clears Winston

Time and again, Winston's lawsuit brings up and knocks down various claims -- like the one that she was drugged -- from Kinsman.

Along these lines, it states, "At no time did Ms. Kinsman say 'no' to Mr. Winston or otherwise protest against having sex with Mr. Winston."

The star QB's lawsuit also alleges that Kinsman demanded $7 million "and promised that, if [he] paid he would never hear from Ms. Kinsman again."

In the meantime, the counterclaim asserts Kinsman's accusations "maliciously and impermissibly interfered with Mr. Winston's business and personal relationships," meaning lost or less valuable endorsement deals, among other costs -- including to his "reputation and public image" -- according to the lawsuit.

A recurring assertion in the lawsuit, regarding multiple details on multiple occasions, is that "Ms. Kinsman is lying."

CNN's Coy Wire, Quand Thomas and Steve Almasy contributed to this report.

Good move, because as Bill Cosby has found out these day denying the allegations in anyplace other than court now can earn a defamation of character lawsuit. These are crazy unjust times....

Is this how you act in Real Life?

Then why do you do it here, why are we so inferior that we deserve your hostility and hate?

Yes, in real life, when someone makes an insulting or vulgar suggestion to me, I respond exactly as I did here. I have a question for you, have you never received a rebuff from a person who you insulted?

I dont characterize you as inferior, I also don't consider myself inferior to you. I just don't care to indulge in a low, crude and coarse fashion you and the other alpha male wanna-be's seem to enjoy. You can't possibly believe all women enjoy the creepy attention that characters like nononono seems to feel comfortable sharing on the forum.

Life is truly amazing Hawkeye, as less then six short months ago I was sure I was completely immune to the nonsense that the likes of Firefly have turn our sexual laws into with a many decades long relationship and in added to that a decade long married to the same stability woman as a shield.

Now that protection is no longer there as I find myself in an un-stability relationship with a decades younger lady and while in a way I am having the time of my life I am must more at the mercy of my new partner good will then I ever dream I would find myself being.

A man good name let alone perhaps his very freedoms should not be depending on any woman good will as it does now.

New study: More disturbing findings about campus rape of freshmen women

(CNN)A new study about the incidence of rape involving college freshmen women will likely add to the ongoing debate about whether enough is being done on campuses to keep students safe.

The study, conducted at a large unnamed private university in upstate New York and published in the Journal of Adolescent Health found that 19% of women, nearly one in five, said they had been a victim of attempted or completed rape, either by force or while they were incapacitated due to alcohol or drugs, during their freshman year.

"What this says to me is a lot of our young women are dealing with this sexual violence and we all probably know young women" who have been victims, said lead author Kate Carey, professor of behavioral and social sciences at Brown University's School of Public Health.

The study, conducted by researchers at Brown and Miriam Hospital's Centers for Behavioral and Preventive Medicine, involved surveys with 483 first-year women who ranged in age from 18 to 21.

They were recruited to take part in a survey about women's health and answered questions on a range of issues including alcohol consumption, suicidal ideations and sexual behavior. They recorded their responses before they started their first year, and at the end
