As I listened to the testimoney this morning I fear a massive cover up in the making.

Since when did Commanders get to side step their responsibilities. I mean really this is over the top for me.

Isent this what has been going on in the Bush Whitehouse since they have gotten into office. Never the presidents fault because he dident know about whatever is going on at the time. The buck stops just below the boss (Bush).
