I do think that most of your posts dealing with President Obama...tell us a heck of a lot more about you, than about the twice elected president.

I loathed George W. Bush...considered him to be an insult to the office. When he was re-elected, I thought the electorate had gone insane.

So I understand what it feels like to thoroughly dislike a president.

I don't know you well enough to attribute your rashness to being a racist.

I will say this: While not all American conservatives are racists...every self-proclaimed racist I know (yeah, there are racists who are proud of being racists)...IS A CONSERVATIVE.

And that says a lot about conservatives and racism.

I see no other A2K member has addressed this issue. I wonder why. Does this mean if I become a Muslim, I have the right to discriminate against gays? "It's a matter of whose ox gets gored."

You would have a much easier time of it. This is the one religion everyone has to respect. Or the threat of violence(spoken or unspoken) will be there. Fear is not respect, and the people that yell Islamophobe are Muslim or terrified.

I care about any group or any ideology/religion that tries to impose their beliefs on me. Anyone should. The intimidation is different, one tends to be violent, but the results are the same. People are silenced and insulted by people with no backbone and not a **** is given about individual rights.

Muslims in the US have no more right to discriminate than Christians do. Why do you think they have such a right? Christians in the US discriminate quite a bit against gays.
