Where are the Conservative voices?

I would disagree with any fool who tries to claim -- as a blanket statement -- that all Muslims are extremists, or murderers, whether that poster is a primarily conservative or a liberal-minded individual. That's just an idiotic mindset.

I've had a run in with a number of French people. They were impolite and they smelled bad. Does that mean all French people are impolite and smell bad? No, of course not.

That's part of what I am requesting. But it is a bit more than that.

When there is hateful rhetoric that targets and defames an entire ethnic group, in my opinion it is a moral duty for anyone of good will to stand up and condemn it. This is particularly true with rhetoric that implies that an religious/ethnic group should be excluded from democratic societies.

This is particularly true in Western society which has had such a painful problem with anti-Semitism.

The recent posts on Able2Know have far exceeded the bounds of acceptable behavior. Free Speech comes with a responsibility to stand up and say something when this happens.

First you have posted nothing hateful I have said. Why is that? Second you have Ticomaya saying something you said about Muslims , not me.

And if you had any moral backbone you would protest stoning, which Islamists have just made a law in Afghanistan. And you would protest the slaughter in Africa of Christians dying for being Christians.

You are a hypocrite and a whiner. That proven facts of Islams killing machine is right in front of you and anyone here.

On the topic of cold joints of which for the most part I ignored. He brings up verses in Koran of which he says commands violence and such. I would suggest he take a look at the old testament and even some of epistles in the new testament. I don't know, I haven't seen any stoning for adultery lately. For the most part, most Christians today eat with people who might not be really living a true Christian life so to speak. My point is that the religious books haven't changed but modern society and even the people who follow the religious books, really don't do everything strictly by the books. After all women speak in church...

Who are you to proclaim what is acceptable? Free speech comes with the right to offend. Especially when it offends little sissies who can't handle the truth.

It is just away to silence opposing FACT based views.

And would you like to tell me the relevance of those verses for Christians and Jews today? Those religions have been modernized. Islam has not.

Those Islamic verses are very relevant and are screamed from every mosque in the world. It is why the killers of Rigby claim their innocence.

The religious books of both Christianity and of the Jewish faith has not changed, it is just the people who changed. There are also moderate Muslims around the world.

Because you didn't say Islamic extremist which differentiate the moderate or non violent Muslims from Muslim extremist. By the way I am pretty sure Islam is the religion and Muslims are the followers of Islam. I don't think there is really a such thing as Islamist(s). I could be wrong though.

Fundamental Islam is extreme. Or would you call a religion that commands eternal war on all non-Muslims normal? And condones anything and everything that advances Islam?

Devout Muslims are a huge problem. At anytime they can become killers. This is a fact and told to us by apostates(Muslims who have left Islam). Don't you think they would know better than you or I?
